Very well. I've used Tim on several occasions for problems with furnace, gas fireplace and plumbing. He is always very responsiveness, meets his commitments and does great work. I'll continue to use his service.

Tim was very responsive, accurate with his quote, and thorough with his work. He was very helpful by also checking the softener settings and making sure the entire unit was in working order - beyond the part he replaced. His quote was very competitive and his service was beyond my expectations. He even left me a very detailed repair manual for my softener unit that was in greater detail than the user manual. I would definately hire Tim for future work.

He explains exactly what he's doing and why. He works around my schedule when necessary. If he can't fix it he tells you right away. If he needs additional parts he doesn't charge you two trip charges just because he doesn't have the parts on hand. He goes and gets the part for special orders, as was my AC, and he really keeps in touch with the progress.

While preparing to put our house on the market we determined our stained wood window sills needed some sprucing up due to damage from condensation on the windows over the years during the winters. We had not kept up with the maintainence of this over the years, so they were in bad shape. I called Tim to ask him what he recommended. He first gave us some ideas of what to try on our own (we were trying to save money). We quickly realized what an enormous job this was, and called Tim back. We heard from his painter the same day. Tim's painter told us it would be a 2 person job, what he charges hourly, and gave us an estimate of what the cost would be based on similar jobs- with the understanding that our job may take longer or go faster depending on the amount of damage to the sills and window frames. The total price was less than projected. The worksite was kept clean. The painter found there was a fair amount of damage to many windows, and the end result was better than expected.

When Tim was at our home to repair our furnace, he saw how badly our deck was heaving. He said he could fix it. We were skeptical considering our builder had been out three times over the years to do a major fix, and each time it failed. We set up a time to meet with Tim and his deck people. They outlined a plan of action, a timeline, and a price. The work was done exactly as was projected. They were on time, and kept the work site clean. Once the job was started, they showed us why our deck was continuing to heave, and showed us how they were repairing it differently. The deck has remained level ever since. We then had the deck stained. Tim's painter was prompt, neat, and helpful with stain selection. Tim was in contact to be sure we were satisfied with the work. Since deck heaving is common in our neighborhood, we did compare the pricing with our neighbors, and found Tim's pricing was competitive. We felt we got our money's worth with how involved this job was.

Once again, Tim to the rescue. Tim has always promptly responded to my phone calls, and emails. When we set up an appointment time, he has always called the evening before to confirm. If he is running late due to other jobs (rarely happens), he has called with a fair assessment of time. This time we needed someone to fix the metal track that our basement sliding door slides on. It was badly damaged by the movers as we were moving out. After speaking with the door manufacturer, we thought we'd need to replace the whole door- which would be $3,000+. We then called Tim. He fixed this horribly bent track to the point where it looked as if it were never damaged- saving us (and the movers) lots of money. We plan to continue hiring Tim in to help us with our new home when needed.

It went well, Tom the electrician knows his stuff. My house was built in 1954, the electical system was in dire need of an update.As far as I can tell it was a smooth ride. No problems

We had to wait a long time for service. When we have called them they said they did not have time to take care of us so we found another company to work with us. There was nothing wrong at all with their work, they were just always too busy.

Overall, the experience was good. The technician was a nice man and he was easy to work with. I'm satisfied with their services.

Living in a different state can be challenging when you have a rental property. Markham Maintenance relieved our stress greatly! Knowledgeable, professional, and honest are three words to perfectly describe them. We will be using them for all our future needs! The A/C unit stopped working during the hottest part of the year in MN and our tenants were miserable. After a very bad experience with another company we hesitantly called Markham Maintenance. They were the complete opposite of company number one. They were accurate about the problem, and fair in their pricing. They had the new unit installed within a week of our initial call. They even came out on Sunday to finish it at no extra charge to us! They were absolutely lovely and our confidence in good business practices was renewed.

Tim was great. He dug the trench for the natural gas line. He installed the natural gas line. He pulled the permit from the City for the installation. He completed the job in advance of the installation of the patio.

The very old AC unit was cleaned out, refrigerant added, tested. It was a very hot and humid day, and he was able to get the unit repaired again.

Overall it went very well. He was at our place on time. He worked for 6 hours or so on a hot day (had to do some work outside too, including washing the outside fan unit, which by the way he didn't really have to do, but he did it to improve the performance of the unit). Overall, I am very happy with the service and will use his services in future for sure. The only (really minor) "complaint" I had was that he did not notify me when the work was done, and I thought he had gone to get some supplies, or maybe grab a bite. When I called him after a while, he apologized and said he was so tired that he forgot to tell me that he was leaving. But then again, really minor issue compared to the excellent service I received.

He was very professional, prompt, and very reasonable because he was running late because our development wasn't on Mapquest because it was new, so he only charged us the minimal charge.

First, he was late. Was supposed to arrive around 2pm, showed up at 4pm. To be fair, he did call to tell me he was going to be late, but late none the less. Second, he didn't have the tools with him to finish the job. He did an ok job replacing the fan motor, but was also supposed to charge the condenser unit, but didn't have the guages needed to do so. Looks like another hot and sweaty night for the family.

It went very well. I've worked with Tim on other projects so know that he does excellent work. He completed the job in a timely manner working around my schedule and the rainy weather. It was wonderful to not have to take any more time off work to wait around for a serviceman. My air conditioner has never worked so good. I think it is now performing as it was intended. I only wish I would have had Tim install it in the first place. His fees are comparable to other service providers. However, he did spend about an hour and a half diagnosing the problem for which he did not charge me.

Yes, I would use Tim again in the future. Pricing was very correct & competitive (slightly cheaper than most others).

Prompt reply and ability to email picture via website was nice. He seemed too busy to work in the repair.

It was a cold and dreary night caused by the furnace in my house going dead. I called Tim the next morning he came out and did an inspection and recomendation. The next day he got it going on a temporary basis. About five days later Tim and Ron , his assistant got the old one out of the crawl space and relaced it with a new furnace. There is nothing like heat in Minnesota in February Tim and Ron worked very hard for several days finishing the project. I can't remember the last time I saw somebody work that hard! My hat is off to them!

He told us that we would probably have to get a new dishwasher in some time. He was very nice, very professional and did not push anything. He called before he came. It was a very positive experience. He told us that if we get a new one, he would put it in for $100. I don?t know if the people we buy it from will install it or not. He said that he would put it in for us if they did not.

Work was done in several stages, inspection had to be completed before we could actually connect to natural gas. No problems encountered.

Prior to the appointment, I supplied the company with the pictures and description of the damage. Kelly was on time at the appointed hour, not a minute late. Kelly was great, he inspected the cause of the leak and the extent of the damage, then he shared his plan of action and went to a store to get the appropriate drain pipe. The work was done efficiently and with great care. It is a pleasure to deal with the company like this one. I am planning to use them again in the future.

Was very curteous, explained why he was doing/recommending things, and was willing to work around my schedule - especially since it was before a heat wave.

Very good company. Set up the time to come, and called before coming. Tim came and even made a follow up trip. Gave me recommendations about my house and did some small odd jobs to help me. All around helpful. On his return trip, he brought some light fixtures for me since I am unable to get out. He also replaced some yard lights for me. He cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend them.
