Description of Work: We used Markham Maintenance to check out air conditioner prior to the summer season. They continually rescheduled the appointments and finally told us they no longer wanted to bein that business. Therefore we have not contacted them in the last few years.

Description of Work: Contacted Tim via his website after reading reviews here to inquire about having an electric garage heater (purchased elsewhere) installed. I recceived a prompt reply and he had his electrician stop by within a few days to give me an estimate. The price was reasonable so I scheduled the work and it was done in a very professional manner. The electrician was careful with his work and did not leave a mess. Everthing looks and works great. I'm glad I hired this job out rather than trying to do it myself as it involved installing a tandem breaker to make space in my box for a 240 volt double circuit breaker.
