Absolutely horrible. The owner, who is also the installer, is as unprofessional as you can get. His measurements were off twice, the quality of the work was horrible, he replaced the wrong window, and was as rude as I have ever come across. Once the job starting going south on him, he refused to answer his phone. When someone did answer the phone, they pretended like he wasn't there when I could hear him talking through them in the background. Just when we thought the nightmare was over and the job was complete, our realtor informed us that one of the windows was cracked (the house was empty and being prepared to be sold). The owner claimed that the window was fine when he left, and balked at fixing the broken window. Once I informed him that no one else had been to the house, he agreed to order the window to fix it. When I called to ask if he was going to finish the job, he refused to fix the window until full payment was made, which I was not going to do until it was fixed. While trying to work out a payment, he hung up on me at least 5 different times, and refused to engage with me. I sent him the money for everything but the one window that he purchased but did not install (another story), and the cracked window. I decided to pay someone else, which is double paying, rather than continue with this company.

I contacted Maple Grove glass to have a piece of glass cut to fit my dining table. I originally spoke with an assiciate who quoted me a price based on the table measurements and delivery charge. We had to make a pattern for them b/c the table is not a perfect rectangle. When I delivered the pattern to the company and spoke w/ the owner he stated it would be cut a bit smaller to be sure the glass would fit and look good. The owner and associate delivered the glass to my home and it didn't fit the table. The glass was noticiably larger than the table and hanging over the edge. The owner was very harsh with me and did not want to fix the mistake and told me they were already giving me a good price on the glass and delivery charge saying "honey, it doesn't even cover the gas and wages to get here". In the end, he did fix the glass and only charged me $10 more than quoted. I would not have gone with this company if I would have known how unprofessional and rude they were going to be! Saving a few $$ was not worth the hassle.

They were fine. They came right out. They were here when they said they would be. There weren't any extra charges. They did what they were supposed to do. They put in standard mirrors. I was pleased with their work. They were pleasant.

I paid for the new handle and tried to install it myself, but the handle ordered was incorrect. I called Maple Grove Glass and they came out and verified that the handle ordered was incorrect. They "repaired" the existing handle on the door. They then took the incorrect handle with them. I received a bill for $135 for the service call, but was not issued a credit for the incorrect handle that they had ordered. I called and inquired about the credit, but received no response. The repaired handle fell apart again. Maple Grove Glass sent a repair person, who verified the door was still in good shape, the handle just needed repaired. The handle soon fell apart again. The owner, Jerry Rupert, called to say they could not keep coming out to fix the handle and that we should pay the invoice. I told him I would be happy to pay when I received credit for the incorrect handle and when he properly repaired the door so it would open. He became very rude and insulting and hung up on me. Nice!

WONDERFUL, FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. TIMELY, REASONABLE PRICING, QUALITY END PRODUCT, FRIENDLY, LOCAL -- THE BEST!

I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THE INSTALLER, HIS WORK AND ATTITUDE. HE REPLACED THE BROKEN GLASS IN THE BEDROOM WINDOW AS HE WAS SUPPOSED TO. HOWEVER HE COULDN'T KNOW THAT WAS ONLY PART OF THE JOB. THE MAN, WHO GAVE ME THE ESTIMATE, FORGOT TO WRITE THE STORM WINDOW ON THE ESTIMATE SO THE INSTALLER DIDN'T HAVE A CLUE ABOUT IT. HE HAD QUOTED THE STORM WINDOW VERBALLY AND HE MUST HAVE FORGOTTEN TO ADD IT TO THE QUOTE SINCE I GAVE HIM THE GO AHEAD RIGHT AWAY. I MAKE THIS ASSUMPTION BECAUSE THE INSTALLER KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT, BUT IT ALSO WASN'T ON THE BILL. HE SEEMED LIKE HE WAS A GREAT GUY, AND THE STORM WINDOW WASN'T THAT IMPORTANT, BUT I WISH HE HAD REMEMBERED IT. MAYBE THE NEXT COMPANY I HAVE DO SOME GLASS REPAIR WILL DO THE WHOLE PROJECT.

REMOVED OLD UNITS OF GLASS & REPLACED NEW UNIT; CLEANED ALL THE GLASS. IF IT WASN'T FOR THE NEW GLASS YOU COULDN'T TELL THEY WERE THERE. EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED & PICKED UP. VERY GOOD & VERY POLITE.
