Description of Work: Great experience with Kraemer Heating. Our furnace had stopped working. I called to see if they could come out, and Rick first walked me through a few possible easy fixes that I could try on my own. None of those ended up being the problem, but I really appreciated his efforts to save me the expense. He was able to come out within an hour, which I really appreciated. He identified the problem, which fortunately ended up being an inexpensive fix.

Description of Work: Rick installed a new Goodman air conditioner in our home in 2009, then we had him install a new furnace in 2012. He provides excellent service, gives various options for repair or replacement, and took the time to tune the new systems.

+ -1 moreWe have had Rick do a number of things for us in the ten years we've lived, here beginning with installing our AC unit when we first moved in. Since then, he has installed an air filtration system, an air exchanger and the new thermostat. Rick is always courteous and knowledgeable, always a good deal and very good at dispelling the myths we hear from other vendors with other agendas. He is helpful at showing us how to handle our own maintenance, but more than happy to do any system maintenance we'd rather he do. He handles all warranty and non-warranty repairs and is very reasonably priced. The cost of the current project was largely the thermostat itself which he installed, set and showed me how to use. He also looked at a concern I had with duct noise and addressed that, as well as fixing a noise the furnace was making. I don't know if you'll find anyone who knows more about heating and AC, than Rick.
Description of Work: Rick did a furnace maintenance and winterizing and installed a new digital thermostat.
