Called this company because they were on Angie's List - called to schedule a quote on a home project. Scraping off popcorn ceiling in a 3,000 square foot house. Called and spoke to the company, he wasn't overly professional on the phone, but we scheduled for him to arrive anywhere between 11-5pm. I called at 4pm to confirm he was coming - he assured me he would. Ten minutes later an associate of his called to apologize that he would not be able to make the meeting. He offered to come out the next day - so I agreed. He texted me indicating he wouldn't be able to make the meeting either - and asked if we could schedule a 3rd time. I politely declined, as I can't work with a company that isn't punctual or professional BEFORE I gave them any money.

I was very impressed with Igorson's work. They were in and out in the space of 1 week (from delivery of materials to final painting. Their pricing was also competitive, in one case half as much as one of our other bids. They did a good job preparing the job to protect the rest of the garage, and cleaned everything up nicely before leaving. The knockdown ceiling looks wonderful (better than the original popcorn on the inside of my house). Prior to the work, the garage was completely unfinished, with the exception of a small mudroom extending in from the kitchen. Igorson took the time to repair some damaged drywall on the mudroom walls and painted the entire section the same as the rest of the garage....even though we hadn't discussed any repair work on this area during the initial estimate. Great work and a fair price; we couldn't have been more pleased.

We were pleased with the prompt way they had the drywall delivered and installed, taped and sanded and completed the ceiling with a knock down texture. There was always someone working and it was finished in the time they said it would be. I think it was just over a week. All of the workers were very friendly and courteous. Vladim was attentive, making sure we were pleased with the results and he was very easy to work with. We painted the ceiling and walls ourselves and Vladim gave us suggestions on the kind of paint to use and various painting tips. We would use his company again.
