Full Lotus Renovation

Pete has been to our home several times and done a number of projects. He did this one as Part 2 of a previous visit. We had water damage to the plaster along the ceiling and walls around the chimney stack. The paint had bubbled up and was cracking and damage to the underlying plaster. We wanted to paint the very high walls in the stairwell as well as paint the ceiling to the 2nd floor. We decided to have Pete do it all in one sweep. Pete came up with a scaffolding to reach the high walls in the stairwell that was next to ingenious !! It allowed myself to go up and down when needed and not interrupt the whole thing. My partner and I both agreed that it would have taken at least 3 weeks for us to do what he did in just 4 days. Very detailed work done. Listens to concerns and gives his feedback. In addition, we asked Pete to repair some damage around the ceiling light on the main floor - similar to what he had done with the stairwell light. He was happy to include that in the project. As well, we had trouble locating wall studs to hang a hallway mirror with coat hooks. We asked Pete for suggestions - he mounted the piece on the wall for us. Beautiful.

He made mistake putting in the kitchen flooring that I wouldn't have even notice, but he still came up with a plan to fix the problem. I would use him again in the future.

They did a really great job. They did the job on time and cleaned up when they were done. The roof has been through the winter and doesn't have any leaks. It looks great! I seems like the price was reasonable for the work that they did.
