Owner was a very poor communicater. Had to replace the floor and it took over 4 months. Owner was tried overcharging me after we had an agreement.

It went well. We realized that we should have acted on our carpet buckling sooner. They did the best they could. We were satisfied.

DO NOT use this company!! Rick Denny our of Maple Grove installed vinyl plank flooring in my moms 1 level home. Within 4 months all the flooring was destroyed due to wicking of water up through the cement foundation. After doing our own research we found that a water vapor barrier was recommended with the product that was used. When it was requested of him to replace, he refused. In his words, "Recommended is not required. He refuses to admit fault or fix his mistake.

Local family owned business so more than happy to support. Prices much more reasonable than competitors and more personable. Workmanship was quality. Owners are charming and aim to please. They don't leave until you say they are done. Meaning your satisfaction is a high priority with this company. They laid carpet in a basement for us. They know their business.

Al was great to work with on my flooring project. FCI removed the old carpet, installed Pergo XP flooring, redid the stairs, offered great ideas and helped pick out a new banisters and trim! Really flexible, easy to work with, responsive requests, highly recommended! I will be using for future projects.

They installed carpet in our upstairs and that was perfect. We had lvp installed in the rest of the main floor and we brought up several times that the kitchen seemed very uneven. We were assured it would be fine over time. Well, we gave it a month, it had not gotten any better. We contacted Al, who said he would come out in a week to check it out. That never happened. We gave it another few months to see how it would go and it is still horribly uneven. I emailed Al twice with zero response. My wife finally got a hold of him and he said he would be coming out in a week. This did not happen. We tried contacting him again with no response as well as the corporate company with zero response. So now my 350k has floors that have huge divets in multiple spots throughout the kitchen and dining area. I was told by another contractor that they did not level the subfloor properly which makes complete sense. I can not believe I spent 12k on this. It is an absolute shame.

I was very pleased with the work, but, then within a couple of weeks, I had a small problem with one of the transition pieces into the bathroom, and contacted them to come out and fix the problem, but, I haven't heard from them since.
