I was very happy with their service. They were out of red but brought out several different colors to choose from. Price was very reasonable.

On the phone they were pleasant and very helpful. They walked me through the ordering process and arranged for delivery. The delivery was fulfilled without any issues. Happy wife, Happy life :) Thanks Donato's!

Called the store as they opened and asked about the possibility of getting a larger arrangement delivered by noon that day. They immediately said no problem and it will be there by noon and it was! Birthday to my wife at her place of employment. Not only was the arrangement delivered in the time frame promised but it looked even better than the picture on their website! Satisfied customer here.

Sent company an email to help me design 30-year anniversary bouquet for my wife, and never got a response. Called a few days later only to find out that 'the person who does the email was not there.' Went elsewhere.

Everything was perfect. I only had a vague idea of what I was looking for in the way of flowers for our wedding. I reviewed so many florists in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area on the web. I did not like either prices or designs of everything I viewed. I came down to two weeks before the wedding and found Donato's on the web. I liked the styles immediately. I called and they said to stop by anytime and take a look and order if I wanted. No big deal with strict appointments. I got there and was helped immediately and a full wedding (cascading bridal boquet, toss boquet, 4 bridesmaid boquets, groom flower, 5 groomsmen and 2 ringbearer flowers, 38" fireplace mantel spray) was ordered, designed and paid for in 15-20 minutes. The flowers were breathtaking and were a great source of pride at the wedding. Everyone really gushed over them.

We had our appointment a little over a week before the wedding. My daughter was the bride, and the only thing that she knew that she wanted was blue hydrangas and white roses. We met with Maria Donato and Maria had some great suggestions for my daughter's bouquet and bridesmaid bouquet etc, other than the hydrangas and roses, we gave Maria free rein on the additional flowers and table arrangements. All of the flowers and arrangements were fabulous! We had many wedding guests complement us on the buffet table arrangements and bouquets. I would definitely go back to Donoto's floral in Maple Grove, and I highly recommend Maria Donato! She is very talented and easy to work with!
