We can't recommend him enough! We really appreciated Karl's honesty about homes we looked at - we never felt like he was trying to "push" us into a sale or try to talk us into something that wasn't right. He was the first to point out the cracks, the water damage, and make sure we were aware of everything about the house - the good, the bad, the things that would need fixing. It was clear Karl always had our best interest in mind. He was always responsive and worked to get our offer in ASAP when we found the right house for us, which is a very important trait in this market! He explained the process to us, and recommended great contacts for mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other service providers (this was very helpful as we relatively new to the state). He negotiated that the seller paid closing costs. The whole process went smoothly and we will definitely work with him again if the time comes to sell our house!

Not only did he and the group assist us with every step, even going so far as to find local contractors to fix and clean the house, but they also fought to get us a very good sale price. For the same rate as most realtors, they provided a much higher level of service and help than many other realtors were willing to provide.

I used Linda Schultz, her service was over and above and the money was about average. They seemed to really be on top of things, and they have your back; they jump through alot of hoops to make sure you're happy with their service!
