+ -1 moreI can't think of any way that Rex could improve his service. I considered rating the price as a B since it was right around the market average and not below it. However, since he was so thorough and provided such a detailed report (45 pages including photos and recommended action steps), I think the value of the service is excellent. We met Rex at the property after he had done the bulk of the inspection. He walked us through the house room-by-room and pointed out everything we might need to be concerned about, no matter how small. Pointed out the good features of the house as well. The walk through was a great way to learn about the house. Rex was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend his services to anyone buying a house in the Twin Cities.
Description of Work: Inspection of a home we had made an offer on, including a radon test.
