We have a boiler heat system, and 3 zones were not heating. When I called, the person who answered the phone was friendly and professional. She worked with our schedule regarding an appointment time.. She made sure that I was informed of the truck charge up front and told me the technician would call when he was on his way. Wade (the technician) called and said he would arrive at 8AM and he was right on time. He checked our zone valves and stated they were fine. The system was low on water. He filled and bled the system. He recommended that to avoid this in the future, we should have an autofill/bleed system installed in the Spring. He explained and educated me on the boiler system. Wade is the first technician who after completing his work and before he left, asked me if I had any questions or concerns or anything else that he could help me with. He emphasized that he wanted to make sure that all of my questions were answered. I am truly certain he was genuine in making that statement. We would definitely use this provider in the future.

Very pleased - with the equipment, installation, techs, and sales reps. Professionalism throughout. Our AC died in late July - and it was replaced within days. Following the installation, Comfort kept in touch to resolve any questions or issues that arose. Example - question about some vibration in the external unit: Sales Rep himself corrected this by tightening the hood cover. I don't write reviews often -- but was compelled to by the highly favorable impression this HVAC company made on us. Great Experience throughout!

Called Comfort Solutions when we discovered our air conditioner wasn't working. A tech was at our home within two hours and the problem was repaired in three. Quickly diagnosed a broken blower motor and was very straightforward about what we should do and what it meant for the future. Respectful of our home and of our time. Will definitely hire them again.

They were on time and did a great job installing the garage furnace. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. I will use these guys for all of my future garage, home furnace and in floor heating repairs.

I've used this company a few times between furnace and air conditioning issues. Between their sales, repairmen and office personal, they've all been extremely fantastic to deal with. They repaired/replaced both with in a day. I would definitelyrecommend them.

Couldn't find the leak, recommended we fill it and see what happens before we buy a new unit.

We bought a foreclosed home with a boiler in an unheated garage and a broken central air unit in the backyard. I called several companies for quotes on a new forced air furnace and AC. I was going to remove the old boiler unit myself and install some of the new supply lines needed to go to forced air heating myself. My budget was tight and I needed to save on costs. Comfort Solutions was to run all the new cold air returns and install new equipment. Almost all other contractors weren't willing to bid the project with me doing the supplies myself. Comfort Solutions was. They provided me the materials I needed for this work. While it turned out to be more than I anticipated, Comfort Solutions was there with me to answer questions I had along the way. I worked with Brian Nelson at Comfort Solutions throughout the process. Brian took a lot of time to measure and calculate the new system requirements before making his bid. Other companies just guessed and were in and out the door. I was very impressed with all the time he spent making sure things would be done correctly. This was all before I had even hired him. In the end, I did not trust any other company to do the work as Brian had proved to me that they were the most capable contractor for my project. There were a few bumps in the road, but Brian was quick to apologize and make sure that we got right back on track. In the end, I feel I found the best contractor I could have for this project. Brian took time out of his schedule to help me when I got stuck with my work and deliver me more supplies when I ran out. In the end, I feel like you really do pay for what you get. I may have been able to find someone to do the work slightly cheaper, but I know corners would have been cut. Comfort Solutions cares about their customers getting a good service and a good product and it shows. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends if asked.

They were professional, yet friendly. They worked quickly yet thoroughly. They took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel like they were in a hurry and they also made recommendations regarding new AC and furnace, but only after I asked. They also gave me referrals for an electrician. I felt like I could trust their work and their recommendations. They responded to my initial call promptly even though it was a busy time for them (while another company I called never called me back at all) and were able to do the work within a couple of days.

They were nice, quite and efficient. They were clean and did not leave a mess. This was our first time using their services and we would use them for future work. They did a fine job. They did leave a tube sticking out of the system which makes it so I am unable to reach a shelf. They were professional and very business like.

I have only used their service this one time. Everything went fine. Overall it was a good experience. I had an issue after the installation, I called them and they came back promptly to fix it.

Incompetent, Dangerous, Crooks. The hardest working crooks in the HVAC business. Destroyed our home by causing $40,000 in damage. After sending the youngest HVAC person ever seen, to add 20 vents to 'improve ventilation' in our home. Great letterhead, nice stickers, clean uniforms, best practiced liars in the business. After negligently and recklessly cutting new air returns, pushed all insulation, dirt, drywall and debris back into the furnace causing a complete malfunction which then dispersed material into the entire house. Adding crime to injury, after finding out we were out of town, decided to break into our house to prove how they did not do the 'extensive and permanent' damage to our home. All sorts of excuses and blame, "you burned too many candles, your filters were dirty, your fireplace leaked, no your gas stove leaked, no wait your furnace just wasn't working". And then the final lies to cover their tracks 'you aren't smart enough to prove we did the damage to your home, so good luck trying to sue me because I am well-insured" direct quote from the owner. DO NOT LET THESE CROOKS INTO YOUR HOUSE. Especially David, Jay or Brian. Lock the door, call anyone else but this company.

Technician showed up on time and performed the maintenance in a timely manner and was very courteous and professional.

We had a very good experience with them. We would give them a high rating. They came on time, they cleaned up their work, they did everything we asked them to do. They came back and double checked to make sure that the installed new thermostat and some new venting were functioning properly. There was a warranty. It did not cost extra in the price because it is part of the trainer commissioner package. We were able to pick out what we needed.

We woke up Saturday morning, Dec 22 with no heat. We called Comfort Solutions (they service Trane and repaired our furnace two years ago) and their on-call service tech, Jay, responded within 10 minutes! Jay came to the house about an hour later and after looking at the furnace, said it that it would be the igniter or the control board. But he said their shop did not the proper have igniter in stock but that they could get one on Monday, Dec. 24. To help us keep our house from freezing, Jay was going to supply us with some electric space heaters until the furnace was repaired. My wife was going to follow Jay to Comfort Solution's shop, but my wife's car battery got drained while she was trying to charge her cell phone! Jay gave her car a jump!!! She then followed him to the shop and brought home 5 space heaters, which kept us warm till the furnace was repaired. On Christmas Eve morning, Jay arrived and replaced the igniter, which fixed the problem!

Our heater would not stay on for more than a few hours at a time. Dave came out multiple times to test the unit and determine what could be the problem. Very polite and professional throughout what was apparently a very unusual heater failure. He did not charge for additional service calls as he had not fixed the problem the first time.

They were able to fit me in on a really hot day. The technician who came out was really nice and personable. My wife was around and he was able to talk her through everything that happened. He did a very good job in explaining everything. He told her what had gone wrong and how they were going to fix it.

I find the technician to be very efficient, and he is charging only according to his estimate. We are not done with the work yet, but it has been going well so far. I am very impressed with him. There was one issue that he should?ve known about, but actually hadn?t. I would have to spend a bit more money because of that. I would still highly recommend Comfort Solutions Heating & Cooling.
