Shad was very professional and punctual. It was easy to discuss with him the requirements for fixing the damage to our fence. He was good at communicating what was happening throughout the effort, for example, when the scrap would be pickedup or the time required to allow the cement to firm up before proceeding with the pickets. I would be happy to hire Shad again for future fence work.

I was hopeful that he could do a quote since previous reviews showed he had done small fence work before. I was then told by Shad that he is used to working really big jobs, wouldn't be able to do a job that small and if he did he would have to charge a minimum of $2400 for it. I appreciated Shad's honesty and being up front on the phone - but now the estimate hunt continues. Rated C for being "fair" about advising over the phone instead of wasting a trip out.

Everything went smoothly- all the needed product was available. His construction was performed neatly and on schedule- the weather even cooperated. I recommended him to my son-in-law, who also hired him and is working at his house now. I am very happy with this experience! .

Shad had the fence built and installed within 10 days. He laid the posts and gave them time to dry thoroughly-checking daily to make sure they were setting properly. There is a place in the yard where water tends to pol and we were worried a post would never set properly. He came one day and dug a small channeled allowing the water to drain. He was hampered by snow, sleet and rain. Despite the ongoing wintery weather, he showed up when he could and worked through as the weather was just a "little" nuisance. The fence is beyond our expectations, and craftsmanship absolutely stunning. Shad takes pride in his work and it shows. To find someone who is honest, true to his word, keeps to a schedule, does fabulous work and informs of any changes or possible delays is amazing! We highly recommend Shad to anyone who needs a fence replaced. We love our fence.
