The refinishing work was adequate. The new cabinets were fine, but the cabinet door hinges were awful. They came loose all the time, and sometimes I would open a cabinet door and the door would fall off in my hand. Boyd's was unresponsive to my calls to fix the situation, and did not respond or come out to fix the doors until after I had reported them to the Better Business Bureau (an action I have never taken before or since). They came out and made some adjustments. But the problem was never fixed, and over time I've continued to have problems with the hinges. They still come loose and go out of whack and need to be tightened and adjusted frequently. I paid someone else to completely replace one set. Boyd's was so unpleasant I would never work them work with them again.

We had to take the cabinets in to them and we were promised a turn around of 10 days or less. It ended up taking 4 weeks or more to get them back. We were pleased with the work, just not happy with how long it took to get it done.

After coordinating the time for an in person consultation, Doug arrived promptly and we discussed options for the cabinet, which was to be installed in a very tight space. Measurements were taken and within 24 hours, we had a design and price quote from which we finalized details to have the cabinet built and installed. The cabinet was done to completely to our specs, delivered and installed per the agreed upon timeline, and the quality exceptional! The installation crew was professional, friendly, and painstakingly thorough, not only assuring our satisfaction with the cabinet, but assuring the room was left in a clean and tidy state following installation. I would highly recommend Boyd's Cabinets and we are looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Their price was very competitive, the work was outstanding and the customer service was fantastic.

Everyone from the design team down to their installers are very professional and pleasant to work with. We are very happy with it. The above cost is for the kitchen remodel.

Pieces were perfect. I like to play a game called 'guess the cabinetry.' Nobody has yet been able to tell which cabinets are new and which are existing. They took longer than promised to complete, but not so long that it was a problem for us.

This kitchen did not involve any structural changes or movement of the appliances or plumbing. The planning stage was longer than I had expected and they could not finalize the plans until all appliances were chosen. Everything fit wonderfully when it was finished and is so much more efficient to work in. The installers (two people) took less than two hours to remove the old cabinets and soffit. The new cabinets were installed in one day. I did not use a kitchen planner and served as the general contractor hiring, scheduling, and directly paying other contractors to perform the electrical, plumbing, and counter top installations.
