The overall experience was painless and efficient. I would use Archie's for future needs.

Came on a Thanksgiving day as we were locked out of our newly purchased home Excellent professional service.

I had a coupon through Angies list for a locksmith visit and 2 rekeys. They scheduled me in immediately, though they had to push the job out by an hour and a half, but it happened to work out just fine. The work was done efficiently and he was very friendly. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family in the future.

3 months later, all locks continue to work as they should. They did an excellent job, arrived punctually & were very helpful. Will definitely hire them again.

We didn’t end up hiring them. They ended up being a little more expensive than the other vendors, but otherwise it was fine. They were a little late, but the person just got lost. So, it wasn’t a big deal. We never had them come out and do the job.

He was on time, courteous, friendly, reliable and fairly priced. Everything has been working well. This was the second time that I used them. I used them in 2003 to change all of the locks, and I was given keys to the same. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

The work was done well and quickly. Overall I was satisfied with the experience. However, they were about an hour late because of delays at previous job sites. I had to call to find out why he was late and when he would arrive. I would have changed my schedule to accommodate the time change if he had called ahead to let me know he was running late.

See above - the company didn't initially call to say they were coming or running late, and only after I had pressed to find out where the tech was did I find out he hadn't left yet.

I got a person right away when I called Archie's Lock and Safe. After asking me a few questions, Gary said he would be right over. Gary was professional and kind. He even suggested that I might want to replace my strike plate with one that would be stronger. I was in my house in half an hour from when I called. I was happy to know that Archie's only charged the $60 for the service call. The first company I called had indicated that it would be a $150.
