I found this plumber in the yellow pages and very impressive website. Came the same day as called and within 2 hour time window. John was efficient and very pleasant and cleaned up his mess. Very professional.

I ordered the part off the internet with the intention of performing the work myself. After watching a few YouTube videos, I wasn't super confident in my abilities and decided to call a plumber. I called A Aarts & Tim's Quality plumbing for a quote and they said between $150-$175. It seemed a bit high for a job that wouldn't take long and for which I supplied the part, but to be honest I just wanted it done and they could come out the next day. (plus I had asked for the cost on the Angie's list forum and a plumber told me about that much so it wasn't unexpected). Steve arrived within the scheduled time frame, though he seemed apologetic about arriving at the later end, he wasn't actually late. He was a very personable and sweet guy, I showed him the shower and he confirmed that my diagnoses of the problem was probably correct. He proceeded to install the part then showed me how the valve worked and showed me that the problem wasn't 100% fixed, most likely because my faucet set is a Moen, which apparently often leaks out of the diverter, and a pretty cheap set to boot (which I could tell). We discussed the cost of replacing ($500-$600) and I said I would put it on my list of to-dos. Overall I am pleased, Steve was upfront, helpful and knew what he was doing. Even though I still think $150 was kind of expensive for a job where I supplied the part and which took *maybe* a half hour, I did agree to it and there were no hidden costs, so I am happy. Thanks Steve! Oh! I also like that they have the price of some of their routine jobs listed right on their website - I wish more people would do that!

John, the plumber, was wonderful! He called to say he could arrive early, and quickly spotted the problem and fixed it. He helped us with a related issue with my garbage disposal, but didn't try to push any additional services. He even showed us how to d a minor repair on our own to save money! John was very courteous and friendly--I will definitely use this company again!

We called on a Sunday as we arrived home to an alarm going off indicating that our sewage lift pump was not pumping and the holding tank was full. We wanted immediate service to ensure we would not risk a sewage back up into our home. We contacted A Aarts and Tims Quality plumbing as their web site indicated they had emergency service as well their web site listed a price for a lift station pump replacement of about $800. We assumed a burned out pump would be the worst it could be and 800 was a price we could live with. In contacting them they told us they could not respond that day as their add indicated but they could be out first thing in the morning. We agreed and crossed our fingers for no sewage back up overnight. The next day I followed up with them several times and long story short they finally made it out about 4pm that day. The plumber seemed confused when he arrived and admitted although he hadn't seen many of these this one looked different to him. He pulled the pump out disconnected everything only to tell us he did not have the right part and because it was so late in the day he could not go get a part until tomorrow. He also said that as this pump was bigger he could not replace it for the $800 as their site indicated. He thought it would be more like $1100. He came out the next day with the new pump and started working. I checked in with him and he said he could finish today but we were looking at $1600. He also tested the old pump and found that it was still good!!!! Only the switch was bad. He said unfortunately because he took everything out before he tested the pump to see if it was bad like he should have done; it would be almost as much money to install the old pump as to just put in the new. In short it took 3 days to complete a project that should have been done first day. Because they screwed up we had to replace a pump that wasn't even bad and they doubled their price in the process. These guys are clearly scam artists and should be avoided!!!

Kirk, our service technician was late for the 9 am - 12 pm appointment, but he did contact us 2 times to inform us when he "would" arrive. He got right to business and had our slow drains running freely, provided a 25% discount for the delay. A total of $150, great price and happy overall!

I was fortunate to receive a great technician. It was the 5pm and the holiday weekend was coming about. He said he wanted to take the job because he didn't want me to go into the holiday weekend with sewage problems. The job was done quickly and right. I would recommend anyone to use this company for their plumbing problems.

Plumber was on time and went right to work. Took care while working. Tested new unit. Completed the install in side of 1/2 hr. (I made appt at 10:30 a.m., he arrived at noon and gone by 12:30 p.m.) Appreciate prompt response. This is the 2nd time have used this company.

Someone actually answered the phone, no voice mail. They worked a schedule to accommodate us.Came when promised, cost as estimated, left the job with work done well. Very polite and professional.

He was great! Friendly, fast, reasonably priced and explained what he was doing so I understood what needed to be fixed. They also came in under the original estimate.

Very well! Excellent telephone response and gave approximate time. The plumber called 20 minutes before arriving, he knew to use a special device for the model we have and up graded some parts.

Knowledgeable scheduler provided accurate plan and estimate. Serviceman did a good job at listening to issues and explaining work done.

Mike came and assessed where it was leaking and discovered the disposal had rusted through. The disposal was 17 years old. This is the second time Mike has came for different issues and was great both times.
