Very well. Josh called to estimate his arrival time. Arrived on time, sized up the situation, informed me of the options including pros and cons of using my existing garbage disposal (uninstalled at the time)performed the work needed.

Very nice installer John got the job done fast!

Called ahead, came and assessed the price, fixed it, discussed how to keep it clean, replaced a side plug and was very informative.

Mark the plumber was on time and did a nice job. I feel the price is high, but he said their price is very competitive.

Called to tight time frame for repair. They responded very quickly.

He gave me needed info and other services which I needed. The best thing he replaced the seats in the plumbing first to see if that would solve the problem. Three other plumbers were going to replaced the plumbing which would of cost a lot more. He saved me so much money.

Everything from start to finish was professional. Service was CLEAN. Had problems with other vendors leaving a major mess but Brian made quick work of the clog and was CLEAN!!! Will totally use this contractor again.

Went extremely well, contact was very polite (name was James in this case), and not only did he do the job fast and professionally (as well as very neatly), he showed me what was wrong with a previous plumbing job done by another company that was very poor, explained why everything went poorly, and what needed to be done to correct it. While it may be viewed as a cash grab, I already had my trepidation from the other work done, and it was great to have a second opinion. I will be recommending Quality Plumbing to all my neighbors in the area for any further plumbing work to be done.

I got them from Angie's List. He has been here a couple of times. They were very professional, and very careful about wiping their feet, and taking their shoes off. They kept cleaning after themselves, which was very good. I loved them, they were great.

Dave came out and looked everything over on Friday then came back on Monday w/ tools needed and a plan to do the shower.

Arrived within given window and proceeded with neatness and efficiency. The office did not relay the request for a warning call, but this caused no problem. Have used in the past.

They even give you and estimate over the phone! Call when they are on the way-never a surprise. Excellent service with tips for keeping everything working as it should. I will never use another plumber again. They are the best! If you ever, ever need a plumber. these are the people to call. They go beyond and above.

We contracted with A Aart?s & Tim?s Quality Pluming to replace a water heater. They said it would be $1,700 for the water heater, installation, disposal of old water heater and the necessary permit from the city. It was not delivered when it was supposed to be, so after calls to the plumbing company we arranged a delivery the next day. When we arrived for the delivery, it was sitting on the sidewalk. Mike, the plumber, said he could not get the water heater into the basement because the company would not provide him a dolly. Mike and my husband carried it down the basement. Mike said he had been working with the company only two weeks but had been a plumber for more than twenty years. Mike performed the work and it was performed well. The old heater was left in the basement to drain and Mike said he would be back with another guy the next day to pick it up and dispose of it. After going back and forth a few times, the company said they just couldn?t find time in the next few days to get the old one out of the basement so another company could pick it up. Finally, Mike and my husband went to the basement and got the old water heater out to the sidewalk where we were assured that it would be picked up the next day. Three days later, it had still not been picked up despite repeated phone calls and promises. We finally had to dispose of it ourselves. No call from the company asking where the water heater was, so safe to say they never came back. Another surprise when we had a property inspection two weeks later ? no permit had ever been applied for. When we called Aart?s, they said they had not applied for it but would do so. I am not sure if this is a regular occurrence or not, but it didn?t seem out of the ordinary when we asked them about it (not to apply for permits). Back and forth a few times and then we finally received a copy of the permit. I would never do business with this company again ? the most unprofessional I have ever worked with. There was no one willing to take responsibility and they were shady at best. UPDATE I received a call from a representative of A Aarts & Tim's Quality Plumbing. he said he was going over their customer service issues and found several calls we had placed to the company last year (when we had the work done). he said they never showed the old water heater being picked up. I told him that was correct. He apologized and said they he was there to help resolve some outstanding customer service issues. He had also read my review on Angie's List. He asked what they could do to resolve the issue and I said that I though that was up to them to tell me what they could do. They refunded $100 for the disposal of the water heater, provided a $100 gift certificate for a future service and also sent two gift cards - one for $25 for Leeann Chin and one for $10 for Caribou Coffee. It is not an easy task to call customers that you know were unsatisfied with the service they received, so I appreciate the fact that they didn't just let it go and write us off as a customer for life. I would still be apprehensive to work with them again, but appreciate that they recognized a service challenge and tried to make it right,

John was on time. Was personable and friendly.

They were on time, very pleasant to work with, listened well and gave right proposal. After acceptance, installed everything swiftly with high quality expertise and great results.

The plumber came but did not give his name, but said you have a clogged sink and I said yes and showed him to the room and within 10 minutes he had the clog removed and the sink back together.

Dave B. called when he was coming, was reasonably priced and had all parts and supplies with him.

On time, neat, honest, advised me not to repair softener because of age. Gave me a quote on new one. I asked for new hose so I did pay for service call with no service.

On time - very competent. Price was very reasonable. A previous plumber told me the entire toilet had to be replaced.
