Description of Work: Determined cause of leaking kitchen sink and repaired it. Our contractor for an earlier remodel had used the sealant around the sink drain and it had failed and was corroding. The plumber replaced the drain in both the leaking and non-leaking sides of the double sink. Detected worn toilet part, found supplier with correct part, drove to purchase part, returned and installed the part. Left us with a spare toilet part so we will have it when this part fails (as it will with wear overtime).

Description of Work: I called to make an appointment to have a pedestal sink installed. The receptionist said that would be fine and we set a date. Lonn showed up on time, but revealed several problems about the installation. The main one being "I'm not a handyman working for $50 and hour. I'm a licensed, contracted plumber." He was right. I realized I should've called a handyman. He said he could still do it, but it'd be $450 to upwards of $500. I told him no I couldn't afford that. So he left, but charged me $106 for a "home visit" before he walked out the door. I couldn't believe it. If I called a car mechanic to install a sink, I would expect him to say, "No, you've got the wrong guy." But I guess these guys don't have the same attitude. I would've given a lower grade, but I've spent hundreds of dollars, had several projects done, and been a loyal customer of Tim's up until this point. I had even recommended them to other people. So, it's really too bad.
