I had two outdoor faucets that were leaking. He was able to repair one and replaced the other one. I believe he was very honest as other plumbers may have replaced both.

On time, explained possible costs, minimal costs and expected time to do repair. Offered additional solutions for leaky valve.

The plumber arrived close enough to the estimated time. He did a good job and cleaned up well.

Called company day before got an appointment immediately for following day. Come at the time designated and called before the pummer come. Prompt customers and did an excellent job of repair-explained everything.

They arrived within hours of my call and accessed the problem well. They were able to clear the drain (where two other services had not been able to) going up one level and clearing the drain from the kitchen. They also suggested possible preventive measures I could do. I used a discount offer by Tim's Quality Plumbing on Angie's Listing, which helped to lower the final price. I would use them again.

I have used this company since 2002. Every time excellent work anick appts, neat clean up and service people, this job was as usual, great, fast + professional.

He looked everything over, then told me what needed to be done. We agreed to try this, and of not, he would come back, and put in arisers. Sink, and stoppers, and caulking, made a new sink look good.

John showed up promptly, answered all our questions clearly described our options as well as pros and cons. Also gave a senior citizens discount!

Everything went great. Mark explained my options and answered all my questions before getting to work. We have had periodic problems with the kitchen drain line every two-three years; so we have been careful to watch for any signs of slow-draining. The work on the main line was purely preventative as it hadn't been done in 5-6 years. Mark said that the main line had a few small roots Mark was here around 90 minutes and cleaned up after himself nicely. He offered to call us back in two years as a reminder; an offer I accepted.

I had a leak coming from the toilet in my basement last night, and the shut off valve did not totally turn off the water into the tank. I was able to tie up the float and keep the water off until morning. When I called the next morning the plumber arrived within two hours. He was able to replace the seal between the tank and bowl, install a new shut off valve and replaced the float etc. The final bill was very close to the estimate. The only difference was he didn't expect to have to replace the float, etc. and he charged a very reasonable fee for doing so. This is the second time I have used this company. The first time was to replace a broken kitchen faucet. My experience that time was the same as this - on time, properly done and final price as quoted in the estimate. I will definitely use them again.

Sonn was on time and thoroughly checked my faucets. He was pleasant, worked efficiently, and did what as asked. He also made some suggestions about my water heater.

I neeed a plumber before the weekend to unplug the drain line. The office person was very nice and got a plumber scheduled to arrive in 2 hours. He worked efficiently and cleaned up after his work.

Lonn called to give me an estimated time of arrival. He inspected old heater and showed me options for new heaters. He installed and cleaned up in time frame he stated.

Gary was on time, very efficient and informational. Was a very disgusting job, he got the problem fixed and cleaned up the mess to boot.

At my wife's advice I have decided not to describe the whole incident.

They cleaned up after themselves and didn?t leave any mess around. They took a few days to schedule an appointment. They came on time and did a good job. We haven?t had a bit of problem with the replaced toilet.

He was very pleasant. He did the job, it lasted and his warranty is for a year.

When I called for an appointment, with Jeff, I was given a time frame. I was asked if I wanted a call before he arrived. I said yes. I never received a call ahead of time. I noticed some water spots in the basement and didn't know if it was a pipe problem or a grout problem. Jeff decided that it was a grout problem. He did a couple of odd jobs and I was charged $117.00, which included a $5.00 trip charge. I kept hinting that I would like an estimate and never found out how much it would be until I was handed a bill. Seems strange to me. Jeff seemed very competent but I am on the fence about using this company again. I wish they would have been up front about charges and fees. I am happy, so far, with the work but I think I could have had a handyman do it for much less as these were very minor problems.

I thought the price was steep for a half hours work. Shawn is who came out, he was very nice. He even said God bless you which was very nice! He was very thorough and the work was completed.

I've used them before and have always been pleased. They have been very good. Many times, they don't even charge me for very minor jobs.

I called and they came the same day. The person who did the work did a very nice job. It was a complicated job. He worked quickly and cleaned up well.

The thing that impressed me about Tim's was that we thought it was an issue out at the street, which would be a lot more expensive. He recommended we just try snaking the floor drain first, and it worked. He offered the most cost effective solution and it worked in the end. He also guaranteed the work, although I can't remember for how long, we obviously haven't had a problem since!
