I called and they said the could have someone here within a couple of hours and they would call when they were on the way. They called in less than an hour and said he would be here in 20 minutes. He, Mark, arrived and hadbit fixed within 30 minutes. He was very polite and respectful.

The guy who did the original bid retired and was replaced by Tim (not owner-Tim). What a disaster. First, he came to set the shower pan - and charged us an additional $600 for it. We had some cement floor repair work done in advance of setting the shower pan and cement had gotten into the drain. He had to dig it out - painfully. I don't mind paying for work done, but we had no notice that it would be an extra $600 - otherwise we would have gone back to the cement contractors to fix it or done it ourselves. He just did the work and then charged us. Then he came back to set the fixtures: shower, sink and toilet. Toilet gasket was put on sideways. Shower walls were put on upside down and backwards. On top of that I got attitude when I said that setting the fixtures was part of the original invoice. Needless to say we hired another plumber to come in and clean up the mess left by Aart's. Very disappointed as this business came highly recommended. I have shared this feedback with them directly.

All went well. New faucet works fine.

The plumber was a seasoned professional and knew exactly what needed to be done; thus, this plumbing problem is history.

I would use this company again in a heartbeat! My water heater started leaking the Monday morning I had to return to work after having just arrived home from a 3 week international trip. Having been home less than 24 hours, I was stressed, jet lagged, and not pleased to have water pooled in my basement. I found this company on Angie's List and gave them a call. I don't recall the name of who I talked to on the phone, but he made what could have been an awful situation into something manageable for me. He explained the various options and prices for each one (and was very patient when I didn't know the answer to some of his questions) and helped me navigate to a decision that made sense. Although service could have been available that afternoon, I opted for the next morning. The next morning Josh arrived to install the water heater. The punctuality grade is a B because because the arrival time I had been told the previous day was about an hour off, but I did receive a warning call that morning when he was on his way so I knew the new time to expect him. I'm not sure where the miscommunication happened on timing, but I had taken the whole morning off as I figured it would take a fair amount of time so it didn't matter. Josh was friendly and personable and clearly very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He answered all my questions and thoroughly explained the additional work that needed to be done to ensure everything was up to code and was clear about what the costs were. From the previous day's discussion, I knew it was likely the valves into the new tank would need to be updated so this wasn't a surprise. The entire process went very quickly and he left the area spotless. I received the permit shortly after the work was complete and the inspection passed without an issue. Being a newer homeowner, I genuinely appreciated the willingness of both individuals I worked with to answer all my questions honestly (and especially on the front end, to not pressure me into a decision without giving me all the details).

Called one late afternoon...a very friendly plumber arrived the next day. He removed the valve and was on his way in half an hour. He was very friendly and professional.

We were very pleased with the company while he came to unclog our kitchen drain. He took care of several other problems as well.

Mark was pleasant, efficient and very professional. Gave me a clear estimate of another job at our house and explained clearly what he had fixed.

John was pleasant, on time, and helpful. He did a great job and cleaned up. Gave helpful hints.

I called A AARTS around 3pm and Mark arrived by 4:30. He had everything draining in no time. I had to leave for work at 5:30pm and Mark was done with time to spare.

I am actually a long-time customer of Tim's Plumbing so I called when I discovered a leaking water heater. The contact person (Darryl) was very polite and efficient and explained my options in types and prices for new water heaters. We agreed on the replacement model and he was able to schedule work for the next day. Installation was done by Steve Robinson who was friendly, efficient and very competent. I am very pleased with the outcome and will certainly call Tim's again for any addition plumbing work.

I called a little before 8am desperate for a hot shower. Within an hour Marie was fixing my pilot and proposing options for my leaking valves. He was prompt, efficient, gave me some tips and tricks and I could not be happier. We will be getting a new water heater.
