On time and was pleasant. Explained the best he could (so I could try to understand) as the work progressed. All work was in a timely manner (2 hours). Only disappointment was in the shower faucet (cannot control the water pressure only water temperature) unlike the old which could adjust the water pressure. This was not explained until after but then I failed to ask more questions on the replacement.Price wise I cannot comment if I paid too much or got a fair deal which is why I rated this as a "C".

They've been very quick to respond to phone calls, and had the flooding drain resolved early the next morning once I had called them. I was able to get a recommendation on an electrical contractor to come and help with the installation of a garbage disposal with the sink, and the whole installation went very easily. They're on my list as the plumbers to call whenever I need anything - I've been quite pleasantly surprised by how friendly and easy to work with they are.

Excellent. Actually answered phone with live person. Got an appointment for same day. Estimate was somewhat higher than anticipated but not unreasonable. Completed work same day.

Plumber called before coming. The call was a little more priced than I though it would of been but it was higher because of the weekend. Plumber very knowledgable of what needed to be done.

They came in and fixed it. Only hired licences plumbers. they are really good. The office girls were very super to me. A new plumber and came in and did the work. I called in a few days later because it began leaking again. The owner came out and fixed it right away.The owner fixes anything that does not live up to my satisfaction. He is very personable and professional. He always double checks his work to make sure it is done correctly. He tells and shows you what the problem is and how he is going to fix it.

We have had a hard time finding a good plumber and they were really good. I would recommend them. So many times with plumbing, it is not clear how much they are going to charge one. They say one thing, then they come in and there is always something else. However, A AArt’s & Tim’s stuck to their price that they talked to me about. So that was another thing that I was impressed about them. I was pleased with what they charged me. The quality of work was really good.

First problem was thst he stopped at the boiler--he said he was not licensed for that--but of course that was in the report he said would be covered and I thought was in his estimate (it was in other plumbers). Second thing was when I did get the boilers done and turned on the water it leaked in several places. Jay did come out on a Sunday to fix. Third thing was the venting issue. I did not realize this was not done but was specifically talked about that is needed to be done. When I went to get my final inspection it did not pass because of improper venting. Forth issue was lack of response from Tim's Quality plumbing. They started out very responsive or at least gave that impression but when it came time to actually do anyting about it they stop taking my emails. A month later I received an email saying someone had left the company that kept up on the emails and was there anything they could do. I responded and have not heard from them since. I figured they thought I had taken care of everything was only had to offer an apology. To top it all off Jay's professionalism went out the door after his company confronted him about some of my complaints--he called me at midnight drunk wonder why I was talking bad about him. He had broken into my home trying to fix a problem he had created and I am not positive but stole items from my home (no one else had been in the house during this ordeal). Tim's Quality Plumbing failed their customer on all avenues!

They were very good. They were very prompt and reliable I would definately recommend them.

Great. Sewage backup with tree roots in waste pipe to street. These guys were great, gave me more information on other plumbing projects and I have called them out many times. On Time, Fast, Professional, I only use them now. Showed up, brought in machine, found a better cleanout than the other company used, ran the cutter, then pushed the rest of the waste out to the main line in the street. Gave me some great pointers on the plumbing aspect of a remodel as well. Left it all clean and good to go. Good price too.

We had a leak coming from the shower in the master bedroom. I called their 24hr service line at 7 and was able to set up a home visit between 10-1 that same day. Gary showed up around 11:30 and quickly went about diagnosing the problem. The end result, unfortunately, was that it wasn't the pipes that were leaking. The grout and seal around the tub had aged and begun to leak, causing water to get through. Gary was unable to fix this issue, but was able to recommend another service that could reseal the tub. Upon hearing that my fiance and I had discussed updating that same bathroom, he was also able to put us in touch with a contractor that would be able to perform the work, which would resolve our current leak as well. Gary was very friendly, going to work quickly and being able to provide explanations of his findings. He was also able to lend his experience as a plumber to provide feedback on some of our plans for updates, specifically how we could run pipes to accomplish the layout we were hoping to have. He also performed an inspection of the water-heater. While he was unable to resolve the leak, I liken the experience to going to a doctor's office and finding out you're not as sick as you thought. But it was good to be able to have the peace of mind that our plumbing wasn't the cause, which saves us the potential of discovering plumbing issues while remodling the bathroom.

He worked very hard until problem was fixed. It was a snow day, but he still came on time.

We called for an estimate and okayed the quote. They showed up, installed the shower with no hassle. Good work!

They were wonderful. Their price was quite reasonable. He was prompt and got here when he said he would. He was very helpful.

I have used this company for ten years with excellent service every time. I called for an appointment and the seriveman arrived within the hour. A new disposal was needed. He explained each model available and the exact cost of each model. I chose one of the better models. The total cost was $530 . He was very professional and finished the job within an hour. He left the area as clean as it before he began the work. I am very pleased with the service. They always make a follow up call to make sure everything went as expected.

They installed a toilet and put in fixtures for a shower and sink. A few months before they did some rough end work. It cost me $700 for the last part of the job. They are very conscientious. They are very neat and tidy workers. They are very prompt.

The plumber arrived on time and completed task and cleaned up after himself. Quiet, hard worker. Job looks great.

They arrived ready to work, gave an accurate estimate, did a thorough repair, and were friendly and informative.

Alex arrived with equipment and knowledge to the job. It was very educational. Worked quickly to not enter my time line and cost extra.

Called for service at 11:30. Jeff was on site by 12:30. Checked out softener & repaired. Explained the detail what he was doing so I could do next time.

Keith from A AArt's & Tim's Quality Plumbing arrived, banged on some pipes, made a mess, snaked the drain and tracked the muck up my steps on the bottom of his shoes. Really disappointed, he walked up the stairs in his muck filled shoes. Too messy but price and punctuality were right on.

Sean, was on time, preformed his work, and his explanation was up front. Upon completion, he went over everything with me. He showed me the bad parts and explained. Gave me some tips on water softener too. Very professional !!

Excellent! They worked within time parameters. They were polite, professional, honest and demonstrated sense of urgency.

Lonn was on time. He explained everything he was going to do and what it would cost. He cleaned up after himself. He did excellent work. He likes dogs, which is good because we have two.

I called at 8:00 AM & sean was here around 9:45 as he promised. He diagnosed the 2 problems, quoted a price and then fixed (repaired & replaced plumbing) the problem. He has been here to help several times before too.

Jay was on time/within calling, diligent to details of service. very respectful & friendly to have in my home, thank you!
