The whole project only took about 1 hour. He installed a new faucet outside and put in a new line in the basement. He also added a slight downward angle as the line moved outside. Therefore, it will drain the right way. This is an older home so I was thrilled to get this job done by a company I now have on my "CALL" list!

The faucet under the kitchen sink had a metal pipe which was corroded and leaked. When I called the company, they were very courteous. They asked if I needed someone right away, but I didn't. They sent someone a couple days later. When the technician arrived, he was very courteous. He looked under the sink and told me that the pipes all needed replacing. He did a good job and explained what he had done. He even hung the drain tube from the dishwasher, which should've been done by the past plumber. Later I turned on the dishwasher and no water was coming out. I called the company and they said the technician would call me. He called me right back. He said he hadn't done anything with the dishwasher water parts. He told me to check the parts inside the dishwasher and here it was me that hadn't put a part back properly when I had cleaned them the other day. The part senses when the dishwasher is full and it was up. The part should've been pushed down. I appreciated the time he took to help me figure out what was wrong. The time he was scheduled to come was between 10-12. It was 12:30 or more when he arrived. He did call to say when he was on the way. The company also called me to tell me he was on the way. I know unexpected problems come up at jobs, but I thought that was a lot of time. I wasn't upset or anything. I would have them out for future jobs if need be. I would recommend this company.

On time. The faucet was difficult to take apart because of hard water deposits had to get another wrench from van worked quickly. Very polite of friendly.

James was on time, professional & friendly. his work was fantastic. he was helpful in explaining everything when he was finished.

The guys were punctual, professional and tidy. they were helpful in heating recommendations and working with us for the best solution.

John was personable, professional, and quick! He was here less that 30 minutes, and gave me several tips to keep my drain clear. Want me to share? Don't use liquid drain openers- they tend to congeal and can make the clog worse! Pour a large pot of boiling water down the disposal side about once a week to keep it clear. Don't put veggie peels, rice or pasta down the garbage disposal.

They have always been very prompt. They call afterwards to follow through to see if I liked everything. They are very clear about what they are doing. I have never had to wait very long. They try to do the best fix. They do not try to over charge or find other additional things. They are very trustworthy. They are very good. They try to schedule you in at a very convenient time. I never had to wait. They have been great.

The plumber was on time worked hard getting the drain open over all excellent.

Dan the plumber was on time and reasonably priced; it only took him 1 hour to get everything done and he didn't mind our 3 barking dogs greeting him.

Dan was on time, performed work promptly was very polite and helpful.

He came in, was amiable, efficient, knowledgeable. He went immediately to work, did the job neatly, checked the basement for possible clogging and left - appropriate time; less than 1/2 hour. Oh, yes! He got to our house within an hour from when we called (we had dinner guests that).

Jeremy (plumber) was quick to arrive after I called in a panic because I had a semi-flooded basement and soaked carpeting. He was friendly and done very quickly. He even check all my flood drains and toilets to make sure everything was a ok. Best service I have ever gotten from a plumbing company!

Called at 8:15 for service, the service man arrived at 9:30, was done with the installation work by 11:30 and the old heater was picked up at 11:00. Impressive!

Called for service in the evening. Appointment set for 9:00 a.m. - noon the next day. I gave them my cell phone number and asked them to call me when they were on their way. I was gone early morning and when I arrived back home before 9:00 a.m., they had already been at the house and left because no one was home. The plumber left a message on my home phone saying I needed to reschedule. I called him back and he said he was never given my cell phone number and he had already moved on to a different job. I called in and they did arrange for someone else to come out the same day. The repairman did not have the part he needed, so he had to leave and come back. The repairs were eventually made to my satisfaction. Overall, I was happy with the work but disappointed with the communication. I would use them again though and hopefully things would go smoother next time.

John, the plumber, was on time. He answered all my questions, helped solved the problem.

Lorin did a great job - surveyed the work, explained new toilet, and installed it in about an hour. Broke up and disposed of our old toilet too. Little expensive, but work was high quality.

We called them to install a kitchen sink. Gary came in and got the job done. I thought it was expensive but my wife and I were working on remodeling the kitchen and were sick of working on it. I wanted to look for lower bids but he was quickly available. He did the work and was very professional, patient and courteous with my questions about it. He definitely knows how to install a sink. If there was a part he didn't see he asked for it. And he didn't try to sell us parts or services that we didn't need. Only problem is that water tends to pool a little on the counter top, and when that happens sometime it seeps between the counter and the sink and drips a little to the floor. I do not consider that a major problem, and he got all the important stuff right. I was happy with the work and recommended them to a friend.
