We had a serious backup in our shower. I called him first thing in the morning and they came right out. They were very nice, personable, and very helpful as well.

It went very well - I learned a lot from this appointment. As a woman I don't know a lot about plumbing.

Called office and was able to schedule appointment quickly as needed. The morning of date scheduled, I had another contractor coming and they were sealing, creating fumes. Had to call and change date for service. Office rescheduled. On the day of service, repairman was running late. I was kept updated. I am not sure how pricing compares.

They were installed in the 80's so I felt the wax rings were shot (and they were), as well as the toilet tank mechanism. Joel showed up early and fixed both toilets within about 1.5 hours. I felt the rate was really reasonalble, and everything went very smoothly. Joel was extremely friendly and professional. I have saved their business card and will happily use them in the future.

Lonn called ahead of arrival and arrived on time. He made necessary repairs and explained the problems in a clear and concise manner.

Dan the plumber was on time, very friendly and professional. He explained what he had be doing and cleaned up after himself. My only comment is that he did not share the labor price of the valve replacement, just the price of the part, which was three times less!

Came within time frame given (appreciate that), efficient, friendly, good service, as always, and have used Tim’s for years.

They answered right away and were very professional. The estimate they provided was too high for me so we ended up installing the faucets ourselves.

Timely arrived. Pleased with quick resolution to our issue. Very personable!

It was fantastic! The plumbers were very good and polite. They also put our needs first. We would use them again and recommend them highly!

I had an appointment between 9am-11am, I called at 9 to make sure they were coming and all was good. At 10:30am I called to see where they were and at that time I was informed that my plumber called in sick. I know that happens but they should have known at 9 am when I called the first time or called me shortly after. No time for unprofessional people. Later.

My initial phone contact with their office to inquire about availability and cost and ask other general questions was received in a friendly and information manner. I was given the approximate time the plumber would arrive and quoted a price as a general guide so I would have some reference as to cost. Steve arrived on time and assessed the problem and let me know how much it was going to cost and why before he started anything. I am very pleased with AArt's and Tim's Quality Plumbing. Steve was friendly and provided helpful information. I really appreciate a company that is friendly and professional. If you need plumbing, call them!!

The plumber was on time and very courteous. The cost was exactly as quoted. Left no mess and finished the job quickly.

The entire job went very well. Jay was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, explained the services that were needed and did the work promptly and expertly. I could not have been happier.

Joel, the plumber, was professional. He explained why the new faucet was needed and how and why the old connection had been leaking. The price was reasonable and I will certainly use this company again.

Chris came to home and looked at pipe and explained what needed to be done. He was on time and did a great job.

Plumber who came was great. I was in a hurry so chose one at top of alphabet for plumbers as they said they were open 24 hrs but no could come until next day. I should have shopped around more on Angie's list. From what ii have heard from people they are pricey but do good work.

Joel was the tech that came over -- I highly recommend him. Quality work at a good price. He also spoke well of his company, which I like -- I like to know not only am I getting a great worksman, but that he's also being treated well. I am VERY happy to have found this company -- pretty much by chance, just did an internet search and had them out to see what they'd say. I've had Benjamin Frankin out a couple times - they did an alright job but overpriced. Wish I had found Tim's Quality Plumbing sooner...

All went well. Within minutes of his arrival, Chris had diagnosed the problem, told me in detail what needed to be done and gave me a quote. I wanted to think about it, so I called them back the next morning to book the repair for the next week (to accomodate my schedule). Chris arrived on time and did a great job on the day of the repair. It took longer than expected due to a few unforeseen obstacles. But Chris kept me informed the entire time, so the minor change in time was not a problem. So far, it has been 4 days and we have no leak. I would say this story has a happy ending :). I would definitely call Chris back for any future plumbing needs! Thanks.
