John the plumber arrived within the time frame stated. He wiped shoes off and checked everything around toilet that could leak, nothing was found so was only charged for service call. I appreciated their thoroughness and honesty and that is what makes me a repeat customer.

The A AARTS & TIM'S plumber showed up hours earlier than expected. He immediately removed his boots on entering, and he asked questions regarding the leak and removed the ceiling where he suspected the leak was and was 100% right. He returned the next morning, again earlier than expected to install new shut off valves. This company is responsive, punctual and their price was appropriate. I would definitely use this company again and refer them.

Excellent. John educated me so I could keep my plumbing working better. He was quick and efficient and wasted no time. He found a problem with a toilet quickly and then fixed it for me just as quickly. I appreciated his information and all that he accomplished in a half hour service call.

First of all he was late. Second he gave me an estimate, that sounded high, but I was on a timetable. Besides he was going to charge me $48 just to give me an estimate. I said ok, as I had to get this done. The next disappointment was that he did not have the necessary parts with him. This was going to just be plumbing, you know copper pipe, nothing fancy. The next disappointment was that he was going to do this operation with plastic pipe, not copper. I should have said stop right there, but again, I had to do this before I had to leave, so I swallowed that disappointment. Next disappointment came when he connected to the wrong spot. So he had to undo what he did, and run it farther down the plumbing. So we get it all hooked up, he charges me another $160 because he had to go further down that he originally thought. Now keep in mind this is for plastic plumbing. He said they use plastic plumbing because it has less chance of pin hole leaks. So he leaves. The next day one of his solder joints starts to leak. I call Friday, but its after hours ,no emergency call number is provided, so I leave a message. It is now Monday morning. I expect a prompt call back. NO call, its now 9:30 am. I call them. I ask have you listened to the voice mails yet? No they haven't. So I explain whats going on. They say we can have him out weds afternoon. Really? Weds afternoon is the best you can do, when its your screw up? I ask will I be compensated in anyway for this screw up? They say no, but we do guarantee our work. Well they will guarantee it on their own sweet time. I have always done my own plumbing, but since I did not have the time to do it, and needed it done in a short while, I thought I would hire someone, big mistake. In all my years, I have never had a pin hole leak in my repairs, but he the professional did. It's ironic he said they use plastic plumbing to avoid pin hole leaks, then his soldering skills fail. I will never use the company again, or recommend this company.

Jeremy called to report when he arrived. How worked around an hour to clear the sewer lines. He explained the problem and gave us advice on helpful tips. Very friendly and helpful.

Steve was excellent - explained what was wrong and instead of just replacing the cartridge that they would replace the entire faucet - no charge for labor or materials - that is standing behind your products. The 2 supply water shutoff valves were old and needed replacing. Steve was professional and cordial and cleaned up after his work. Would highly recommend Tim's Quality Plumbing.

Sean Harris was on time, knowledgeable, personable, professional, and very efficient. We've used Tim's A Aart's Plumbing numerous times and they've always been fantastic. Their men are great! We've had Sean before and think he's marvelous! A Aart's is the best!

Jeremy (service person) called with approximate time he would be at my house and was "spot on". He explained what he would do and the service charge, showed where he expected the clog to be (which drain pipe) and that was exactly where the clog was. He showed it to me and cleaned the pipes. He checked the basement for any back up and ran 4 sinks of water to make sure everything drained properly and then checked built-in dishwasher hose to make sure there was no back up that got in there. He also looked at my bathroom sink where the Pull-up stopper did not work (and hadn't for months). He immediately saw the problem which he said was minor. He fixed it and then showed me how to fix it myself if it ever happened again.!!! He then cleaned everything up wonderfully and left. He was Prompt, Pleasant and Efficient and extremely knowledgeable about what to do and why. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. Would use again and will refer to anyone with similar problems.

Excellent. The receptionist was friendly and the repairman came out quickly. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. I will definitely phone them again when I have a plumbing problem.
