+ 0 moreIt went great. A man measured the windows to be replaced and gave us a price. We went with them and on the scheduled they a crew of three arrived on time and had the old windows removed and the new window totally installed in a 3 to 4 hours. They did a good clean up too.

Description of Work: Installed front door and side windows. Had to modify opening due to shifting of the house. They did a good job fixing the opening so new door fit really well. They clean up after themselves so did not even know they had been there. They were really professional.

Description of Work: Ryan's put up new steel siding on my house, installed all new Renewal by Andersen windows (including a bow window) and replaced the front and side exterior doors and storm doors as well as the door in the kitchen leading to the garage. | |The customer centered service at Ryan's was truly amazing! Every employee as well as the owner was professional, friendly, ALWAYS pleasant and always patient and willing to answer my questions. They worked with me to solve problems and create the best solutions for my 1950's house, always going above and beyond in every way from the sale to the completion of the job. The work ethic and the workmanship was superb. I am very happy with the results. I always have heard that Bruce Ryan was focused on customer satisfaction and from my experience that is certainly more than true. Lisa, in sales is a gem, extremely knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. An A+ experience with a superb company!

+ -1 morefrom 1st contact thru the final day we were impressed. We are on a hill and have strong winds and also had strong storms that delayed progress, they cleaned up at the end of every day. They called alled us 1st thing in the morning if the winds were high or storms rolling in and best not to work. They showed us ahead of time why they did something a certain way. They were outstanding at their job. I could go on but the important thing is NO PRESSURE, Very good materials, outstanding, articulate craftsmen that do the job right, with pride in their work and customer service their number one goal. Thank-you all for and great job.
Description of Work: We had all 27 windows { 17 had to have tempered glass) removed and replaced with new construction windows and the house wrapped, layer of insulation. and new L P siding installed, new front side light door installed and the tuck under garage ceiling spray foamed.

They will find the part, they will match it and they will fix it and they are reasonable. Ryan took care of it with the insurance company. They stand behind their work and they stay behind their product.

+ 0 moreThe installer were right on time. It took most of the day to strip siding, set and adjust the unit exactly in the same location so all the siding was reset exactly as before. The job was left very clean and picked up. We are waiting to test the glare reduction at sunset. The operation of the window is smooth. Only problem was the right window latch had a broken set clip, soon to be serviced and replaced.
Description of Work: Had the 3 window unit replaced in our family room. The Weather Shield unit was faulty, stress cracked and lost it's seal like all of our upper Vision 2000 windows (10 units). We went with a top of the line unit with two operating windows and the center fixed. Oak frame inside and white vinyl exterior. The "Tru-view" screens are great. They also have a oak wood veneer.
