Randy and his team were great from start to finish. Chris promptly placed a very competitive bid for the mitigation system needed for our home and educated us on what we could expect from our system. Once we agreed to having the work done, Randy was flexible and able to get us on their schedule quickly and on a day that worked for us. Tony and Josh did outstanding work and were extremely professional, prompt, and easy to get along with. Randy & his team did an excellent job for us. We couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. All throughout the process we were kept well informed on next steps, schedule, process, etc. They are time efficient, honor their pricing, & don’t consider their job complete until they get the results they promise. My basement radon levels started around 4.0 and were reduced to 0.50. I would gladly recommend them & would gladly hire them again should a future home need radon reduction.

Chris and Randy were the only radon company (out of the three I requested proposals from) that took the time to review our older house and thoughtfully consider what solution(s) may be best for effective radon mitigation. Josh and Tony were punctual, professional, and took the time to listen and respond to my questions and concerns on the day of the install. Would definitely hire again!

Randy worked with us to design an economical but effective outdoor exhaust system from our basement to roof. Josh and Tony came twice, once to survey and finalize the installation plan and then to do the install. They were professional, quick, and cleaned everything up afterwards. Very pleased with the company and service. Radon levels went from 5+ to 0.6.

It went very well. Chris explained everything well. Josh and Tony were the installers. They did an awesome job. Really figured out the piping so it fit with existing rooms. Explained what they were going to do, kept me informed as they did it, then explained what was done when complete. Made sure I understood everything before they left. Great job. You don't see this kind of attention to detail these days. Radon level before installation was 4.0. After installation is now <0.3.

Emailed the company two weeks ago on a Thursday. Got a quick response that they would call after the weekend. Missed calls back and forth for two days. Finally got them on the phone with a ton of questions from them. A call over 30 minutes just to schedule an estimate was way too long. Was told they would review everything and get an estimate within a few days. Had to follow up myself and still no estimate over two weeks since initial contact.

Our service was excellent. Chris provided a timely and accurate estimate. Josh did a fantastic job with the install. Total $1,755.00 [$200 for an electrician to meet Minneapolis code requirements]. Before radon level: 4.0 After radon level: 0.9.

I talked to Randy on the phone, and he was very quick to call me after I requested a quote. He was pleasant to talk to, and we worked through scoping out the job. He gave me a quote over the phone, and that was what I ended up paying. Josh and Tony did the install, and that went very well. I was very impressed with how quickly they completed the work, and it looks very nice. After the work, my radon levels went from 6.5 down to 0.9. I have no complaints.

Randy and Chris were very knowledgeable about both radon removal and the architecture of my home.

I wanted to convert a passive system into an active system. They responded to my request within a couple hours and told me that they don't do conversions, but they gave me the name and number of someone that does. Just wanted to say it's great that they took the time to provide quality information even though they got nothing out of it. A sign of a good company.

They came to give us an estimate on cost. We were given radon tests to run before they did the work. They did the work and repeat tests show scores had dropped to acceptable levels.

After working with Randy and Chris to procure an estimate, which was very thoroughly worked through by them (they requested architectural drawings and photos of the house), they gave two optional installation locations. I was surprised at the details they were able to glean about the installation by researching local and public records about our place. It made the whole process that much more precise and accurate for them to be able to give the estimate. About 6 weeks later they arranged to do the installation, for which Josh and Tony showed up on time. They went through the installation with me and were very knowledgeable about my options and how to ensure my requirements were met. While the installation did not end up in the location I desired, the work they did was very professional, very well done. It was very much a quality install. They even discovered that my sump pump switch was out and let me know that this was the case. In about 3-4 hours later, the installation was completed and they left. There was no clean up needed to be done as they had cleaned up after themselves (what a breath of fresh air that was). Post support was excellent as well. I had to call Randy to ask a couple of questions and he was professional and quick to answer any questions I had. I also had to replace the sump pump plug gasket and asked if I could get another one. He immediately sent it out. The pipe can only be seen in the garage and otherwise it is completely hidden from view. I would highly recommend using Radon Removal again if needed. Our radon levels have gone from 7.5 down to 1.3. Very happy with the outcome.

They were great, did the job very quickly and explained everything to me and discussed the best way to install the system. We did a Radon test after the work was done and it was much lower and essentially zero. I highly recommend Radon Removal.

Chris gave an accurate estimate, and the installers, Josh and Tony, did outstanding work. They were on time, thorough, clean, and executed a really professional install. We've had a good deal of work done at the house over the years, and the Radon Removal Inc team were probably the best group we've worked with. They were even able to accommodate a really tight timeline of getting the work done, and most importantly, it worked! Our radon levels dropped like a rock after the install.

The whole process went perfectly. Communication was clear with plenty of explanation of what would be happening. Scheduling considered our need for the mitigation to happen quickly, before closing. The work crew in the home did the best job they could in making the mitigation unobtrusive, and cleaned up the areas beautifully. Overall very satisfied, and will be using them again!

Fantastic. Communication was clear and plentiful, they did a great job of designing and installing a radon mitigation system to be as unobtrusive as possible in an existing home. This was for my mom's home and I plan to use them again for my home.

Randy was very helpful explaining what work needed to be done and how they would install the system. He also explained that we would also have to have both crawl spaces mitigated. Josh and Michael arrived on time and were very professional. They worked quickly and efficiently and installed the system quicker than expected. They were both very friendly and when they were done they explained how the system was installed and how it works. They also showed how to check the system to make sure it was working. I was very happy with the installation of the mitigation system.

Randy returned my call promptly and gave me all the information that I needed to know about what the process would be. I decided to use this company. Randy did all the paper work and I submitted a diagram of the basement. From there they put me in their schedule. Josh and Michael arrived on time, did what they needed to do, finishing the job in about 3 hours., and cleaned up the areas perfectly. The outside venting from the floor in a crawl space and out through the garage roof was very inconspicuous. I was very impressed with the job they did.
