Bruno's Professional Glass

It went fine. He came and measured the window and 2 weeks later came out , replaced it, and took away the cracked window.

Brunos Glass designed and installed a shower door that far exceeded my expectations at a reasonable price. It was about 2 weeks from initial measuring to install date. The install crew were professional and fun to work with. I highly recommend Brunos Glass and will use them again for other projects.

Bruno measured the glass for my new shower, and it arrived quickly. There was a ight problem when they installed it: there was a small water leak where it was supposed to be sealed. I contacted him, and they returned a few days later and quickly fixed it.

Bruno did my remodel shower glass, a giant 80" x 76" piece with a small 7" corner that i just absolutely love. While he was here I also had him fix a glass door to my dexk that we busted while de stumping trees. Bruno work and affordability are unmatched.

Very unprofessional. Received an email from Christian that it was a “Quick turnaround”, but Bruno could come out on Thursday around 9:00am to do a window estimate. I replied that Thursday at 9:00am would work and received an email reply back with a confirmation. Thursday at 9:00am came, I waited... I assumed he got stuck in traffic so I didn’t want to email them too soon so I waited until about 9:17am. I simply asked if Bruno was going to be able to make it out to take a look at my window. The appointment was for 9:00am and it was 9:17am. I never received a call that he was running late and I never received a reply email. No apology for wasting my time that day, I work too and I took time out to wait on him to not show up or call! So unprofessional! I would never recommend this company/service.

Bruno was fast and professional. The first piece of glass was the wrong size and he came back the next morning with the proper sized piece. Bruno and his team were courteous and fast. Over all a great experience.

Bruno's Professional Glass provided excellent and realistic analysis of my situation and assisted me with resolving my window frame drainage problem. It was a fairly simple solution, but I greatly appreciate the time and professionalism they displayed with a potentially easy fix. If I have further issues with my windows or frames, I will not hesitate to contact them again for repairs or replacement.

Bruno installed the mirror and then also hung a large, heavy picture for me in the dining room. He did a perfect job!

I contacted Bruno about cutting and installing a mirror. He was very helpful and efficient. He had the 16 x 20 mirror cut, and he installed it. While he was here, I asked him if he could hang a 15 lb. picture for me. He brought out all his tools and did a perfect job. Bruno is very personable and knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to do an excellent job. I highly recommend him.

Went flawlessly, both installation and doing business with the office. Bruno got delivery of the double-pane glass moved up (at additional cost to him, he said) so that it could be replaced prior to closing sale of the condo.

I was in a pickle -- I had accidentally broken a kitchen window in a house we were house-sitting in. It was Sunday, and the owners (friends) were returning in two days! I e-mailed a few providers I found on Angie's List right away and Jose (Bruno) responded immediately. I sent pictures, we spoke on the phone, and he said he could be there the next morning (Monday). The job was a little more complicated than he anticipated, but he had all the necessary tools and supplies in his truck, so he was able to repair it in one visit. Even though the window was in the house he repaired it from the outside, so there was no need for any touch-up paint work. I would recommend Jose and Bruno's for any window work, and I will gladly use him again (hopefully, under less-stressful circumstances).
