They had to come back a few times to fix it but they did good quality work. They were very timely and didn't make me wait very long. I would recommend them and use them again.

Well it was pretty good. We thought the price was a little on the high side, and the thermostat had issues so we had to have it replaced, they honored their work. They were very nice during the course of the job, considerate, conscientious. We had to have it done during the winter so we didn't get much of a chance to compare prices.

Apollo originally installed our air conditioner around 9 years ago. Last summer the compressor quit working in the middle of summer. The compressor was still under warranty, so Danny at Apollo ordered a new one for us and Jim came out on one of those hot summer days and installed it for us and it worked great for awhile. Then last fall, when the weather was still hot, I noticed that it seemed like the compressor was not working again. By the time Jim came out again, the weather had turned colder and we were unable to determine if the compressor was working again or not. He said to call back in the spring and they would come out to check it again. Imagine my surprise, when I called Apollo this spring, talked to Danny and he remembered that I had problems last fall! He sent Jim out again and Jim determined that the new compressor had failed. Danny ordered a replacement compressor again. This time Tim came out and installed the new compressor. He also installed a new filter and new wiring harness. My air conditioner is now working great again! It is really nice to work with the staff and technicians at Apollo. They are professionals who really work hard to make sure everything is done correctly and if there are problems, don't hesitate to make things right!

I woke up this morning to find my furnace had not run all night. The temperature in my house was 55 degrees. Since my furnace was under warranty I decided to call the company who installed it. After getting the run around and their lack of motivation, I decided to find someone closer who could help me immediately. I found Apollo listed on the Lennox web page as a qualified contractor. I called them immediately to see if they could send someone out to get my furnace working again. I was quickly helped by the service department and was given over the phone support to resolve my problem. The person I talked to gave me direction to do some basic troubleshooting to determine the exhaust system was clogged. I was able to clear the clog myself without anyone being sent to my house. They could have easily sent a technician to my house to fix the problem and charge me, but they decided to give me the ability to get heat back in my house ASAP.

He is one of the most knowledgeable furnace technicians I have seen. He knows his stuff. He is very polite and I would use him in the future.

We had some trouble with the system they put in, but they were fabulous about taking care of this issue. They were very professional and responded very promptly. We have no complaints about them at all.

I get my furnace inspected in the fall every 2-3 years and it was due. Tim inspected my furnace and fixed an electrical problem with the power switch attached to the furnace. No other problems were found.

Initially considering high-velocity and called Apollo because they install those systems and were close to our house. Had to wait one day for someone to call back to schedule an appointment to give an estimate. Jennifer came out to look at the job. We spent over an hour going over what was needed. She never sent an estimate, even after I left her a message asking for it. She wasted her time and mine.

Tom Fitzgerald came out to do the estimate. He was great. Tom is very friendly and a *great* communicator. He didn't try to steer me to the most expensive furnace, but that was what I already knew I wanted. My wife hates the feeling of air blowing on her (especially cool air), so it was important that the furnace blower could be set low enough that we didn't feel a draft all the time. (I wanted to get a model with a variable speed motor and keep the fan on all the time.) Tom let us experience the furnace in operation in another home so that my wife would feel comfortable with its quietness and the blowing of the air, especially when the furnace isn't blowing hot air. He really went above and beyond the call of duty. That alone sold us. Tom was here to oversee the job and make sure everything was done per our agreement. Jeff and Gavin, the installers, were friendly and did a great job, some of which was very challenging. They worked fast but didn't cut any corners. I highly recommend!!

The technicians with Apollo are awesome. They are always courteous and knowledgeable. We had our annual maintenance performed because of other issues that we had earlier in the week with the furnace. The technician checked out the whole furnace and he was clean and efficient.

I had a noisy damper and scheduled an appointment to have it looked at. In the meantime I smelled gas in the furnace room. Excel came out and said it was from the furnace and that the igniter was probably shot. I called Apollo and said I needed them to come out ASAP. They did so and the repair man Mike replaced the igniter and then determined the damper noise was from a lever that was scraping against the heat run. He removed the lever and that solved the problem, saving me the cost or replacing the entire damper and motor.

Either because of rust or some other external evidence. He declared the house furnace was unsafe because of a crack in the exchanger. They were very interested in selling us a new furnace. We did decide to buy a new furnace from elsewhere because this one was old. That a service man could readily determine that the unit did not have a crack in the exchanger. Apollo made assumptions that were not true.

Fast professional work. I have used Apollo Heating & Air for four years & have a service contract. I am very satisfied that company does excellent work.

Both times it seems the Tech's weren't sure of themselves while diagnosing the problem. I did some research after the last service call because the cost of the blower motor seemed high. I found the same motor on line for $400.00 less. I understand mark up but $400.00 is remarkably high. Now I am starting to question the cost of the stack blower motor unit.

I'm generally happy with the quality of the equipment and the installation, however, the ventilation of the furnace was not as I had discussed with the salesman and is too permanent in nature to have redone. Because the locations for ventilation was different than I prepared for, I didn't clear out areas where the did do it and so they allowed debris from drilling to fall onto & into my workshop area without cleaning it up. Owner offered $50 compensation but I suggested they give us our first set of annual 'tune-ups' for no charge as compensation (apx $250 value). Salesman agreed but when asked for certificate or something to present at time of tune-up, said he had nothing to offer in writing. I am frustrated that it went in incorrectly leaving me no good option. They gave me first year tune-ups for free to make up for the problem we had.

The furnace started to malfunction in the middle of the night, with loud exploding noises and lots of combustion gases in the house. I called for emergency service and was told the tech would call back right away. I waited an hour. I called them again. I was again told that the tech would call right away. I was called after a couple hours and told that the soonest they could send someone was later that morning. I explained that it was an EMERGENCY call and the person doing the schedule really didn't seem to get that. It would have helped to have been told by the answering service that they could not complete the repair on an emergency basis and have them refer me to someone else.

I CONTACTED APOLLO FOR AN ESTIMATE ON A GARAGE HEATER ON OCTOBER 5. I WAS TOLD THAT A SALESPERSON WOULD CALL ME TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT BUT IT IS NOW OCTOBER 31 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALLS FROM APOLLO. IF THEY ARE TOO BUSY TO DO THE WORK I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT MORE OF THEM IF THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT UP FRONT WHEN I CONTACTED THEM.

THE FURNACE WAS CYCLING ON AND OFF. THE GENTLEMAN WHO CAME OUT FROM APOLLO SEEMED EXTREMELY INTELLIGENT AND SAID HE NEEDED TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE THE FEEDS WERE NOT BLOCKED. HE SAID "I WONDER IT IT'S A SPIDER WEB, I'D BE SURPRISED BECAUSE I'VE ONLY SEEN A FEW OVER THE YEARS." I WAS SURPRISED A SPIDER WOULD BUILD A WEB INSIDE THE FURNACE, BUT HE WAS RIGHT! HE CLEARED THE BLOCKED FEED (CLEARED THE SPIDER WEB) AND GOT THE FURNACE WORKING. HE EXPLAINED THAT ALL 5 FEEDS NEED TO BE CLEAR FOR THE FURNACE TO WORK CORRECTLY. THE COMPANY WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING TO MY SCHEDULE AS WELL.

PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, NEAT, ANSWER QUESTIONS THOROUGHLY. WOULD USE AGAIN, TRUSTWORTHY.

THE REPAIR PERSON WAS FRIENDLY, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HONESTLY AND THOROUGHLY, AND MINIMIZED THE TIME HE CHARGED US FOR THE BILL. WE WERE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH HIS PROMPT, THOROUGH AND EFFECTIVE REPAIR OF OUR SYSTEM. OUR AC UNIT IS AN OLDER ONE AND WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SURPRISED TO HAVE TO REPLACE IT, BUT THIS REPAIR PERSON DIDN'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS SITUATION. HE REPAIRED WHAT WAS NECESSARY TO REPAIR AT A REASONABLE PRICE.

THEY INSTALLED THE A/C 2 YEARS AGO, SO I CALLED THEM BACK. THEY CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY TO FIX THE LEAK AND CALLED A MONTH LATER TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PROPERLY. ALL OF THIS WAS AT NO CHARGE.

I CALLED AT 8:00 ON MONDAY MORNING. TEMP. WAS ABOUT 95 DEGREES. NEXT THE SERVICE CALL PERSON ARRIVED AT 1:00 PM. SALES PERSON ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY AT 9:00 AM. CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONER WAS INSTALLED BY 3:00 PM. FROM 1ST CALL TO WORKING WAS 29 HOURS. AMAZING!!! POLITE, VERY PROMPT AND SUPER SERVICE. MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH ANGIE'S LIST.

HE CAME OUT AND WENT DOWNSTAIRS AND IT WAS AS SIMPLE AS TIGHTENING THE PIPE!! HE GAVE US SERVICING OF OUR A/C AND FURNACE. HE CLEANED THE UNIT OUTSIDE AND REALLY DID ALOT OF MAINTENANCE. SINCE WE ALREADY HAD TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE CALL, HE JUST WENT AHEAD AND DID THE MAINTENANCE FOR US.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS POLITE & ARRIVED ON TIME (ACTUALLY EARLY). HE PERFORMED THE WORK IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I BELIEVE THE PRICE FOR LABOR, WHICH WAS $326.00, WAS STEEP, AS IT TOOK HIM 2-3/4 HRS TO COMPLETE. THAT WORKS OUT TO $118.54/HR. THE WORK WAS LABOR INTENSIVE & I AM SATISFIED WITH THE WORK DONE.
