Even though he does not work weekends, Conrad and his brother came in on Sunday and got the job done the very same day. He also hung my new light fixture at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. And he came back and repaired a small crack in the wall near the new light fixture. I'm a very happy customer and would recommend him to anyone needing a professional painter."

The board and management company decided that they would not honor this as it wasn't in writing.
