 + -1 moreIn the next two weeks after this we had very little contact with Glenn so we set up another appointment to see where the design plans were at. When Glenn arrived, the only drawing he had was a scaled drawing of our yard that did not even include the existing trees & plants. He sketched out some ideas & said that he would get back to us with the palns. In the last 6 weeks, we have contacted Glenn multiple times & finally requested a refund of the design fee. It took 3 phone calls & an email message before Glenn responded to say he would send us a check. It has been over two weeks & no sign of the check. We are extremely disappointed with the experience overall.
Description of Work: We requested Glenn come out & provide design consultation. The appointment was set up & Glenn came approx. 15 minutes late, though he called to let us know he was stuck in traffic. He spent an hour with us reviewing our needs & goals for the landscaping & then took another 30 minutes to review his philosophy & approach. We liked the direction he was taking & he then shared that there was a $99 design consultation fee which we had not been informed of previously, however, we understand that his time is valuable so we paid the fee. In addition, he quoted us a $50/hr rate to complete the design work of which we would pay 1/2 up front. Since we like the work he had done so far, we wrote a $200 check for four hours of design work.

 + -1 moreLANDSCAPER VISITED AUGUST 03. TREES TO BE PLANTED & LANDSCAPE PLAN DRAWN. SAID WE WOULD HAVE A SKETCH IN A WEEK OR SO, THEN WE WOULD GET TREES PLANTED. START FINAL PLAN FOR REST OF YARD. NEVER PROVIDED SKETCH, RETURNED MY MAIL, OR PHONE CALLS. BY NOVEMBER I HAD TO THREATEN SMALL CLAIMS COURT FOR MY $99.00 TO BE REFUNDED. AWFULL!!
