GOD'S COUNTRY NURSERY & DESIGN

Once we got the bid it took a very long time for them to start on our project (over 2 months). The lack of communication made us feel that they had completely forgotten about us. When they did start the hit a gas line to our pool. The worker came to my door and told me it could be days till they fixed it and that I better get on the phone and start calling people. He also stated that it wasn't their fault because how were they suppose to know there was a pool. (I thought the glimmering water was a hint.) So after I got on the phone the owner (Bill) had it taken care of... but not after a lot of stress and attitude from the worker. When they finished they pretty much picked up and left with a final walk through. When we called Bill about concerns he said he would come out the next day and never showed up. He doesn't recall this. Our final bill had a $1500 extra charge that we felt was covered in the contract price. After much back and forth and backing from our loan department he waived it saying it was a miscommunication on his part for not being clear on the contract. That kind of lack of communication personally scares me.

I have been very pleased with them. This is the second project that they have done for me. They have been fast and very professional to work with. I was very happy with them. I had got two other estimates, and their price was the best. Infact, if I have other projects, I am planning to use them.

Our pool company recommended this company. We found him friendly and easy to deal with. He is patient and honest. They do not pressure you. We got quick results. Even if the boss is not at the job site, the crew is polite and responsive. He gave us good advice and service.
