NICK KRIER HANDYMAN & REPAIR

Description of Work: Nick has done so many various jobs for me over the last two years-all superbly. This rating represents work done during 2009 and 2010. He has done dry wall installation and repair, laid a patio approx 16x 20, installed steps from ground level to the top of a driveway approximately 8 ft up made with a cement foundation using man-made wood, done a variety of landscaping/planting jobs including grade beds, lay weed-barrier cloth, permanent planting bed rims, and planted vairly large bushes, sanded and painted the deck and handicap ramps, installed baseboard. Description of Work: In August 2007, Mr. Krier laid a random block patio in my front yard measuring approximately 15 x 25 feet. It was well done in a timely and economical fashion. Last year, he refinished the ceiling drywall in three rooms where two ceiling fixtures were moved and in a bathroom after a leak was repaired. He was able to match the texture of the ceiling perfectly and when repainted, the repairs are invisible. At the end of Summer 2006, Nick power-washed and stained my deck and an extensive ramp running from the back of the house to the front. He gave all the wood three coats of stain/sealer and made some small repairs. He has cleaned gutters and my roof for the past three seasons.
