I had them install a mobile home water heater. They said they do them so I was excited to have them come out. They also added new shut off valves on all my water lines. The water lines were done quick and well. As for the water heater it seemed as if they new very little about mobile homes. They persuaded me against a drip pan, had to come out 3x's. 1st time there was a leak in the hot water input, the 2nd time they fixed that then over tightened the cold and created another leak. The 3rd time I asked them to send out different plumbers and the same person showed up. He put metal fittings which fixed them leaks but dumped water all over exposed OSB subflooring. They drained the water heater into buckets instead of running a hose To the outside. He treated my floors as if they were a concrete basement floor with a drain. I had to wait to lay new flooring for 2 days. And had to lift new flooring up in my bathroom do to him dumping water down a sink that was yet to be hooked up. Needless to say I dealt with it cursing this company. I will never be using them again

I have never seen such a clean, well mannered and friendly service provider. He went beyond the call of duty in all categories that one could expect. He even covered his shoes with slip-ons to keep the floors clean and explained everything in the process of working. I would give him a 10+ for sure and would definitely hire him again.
