Our A/C was not working: the outdoor unit was ON and whirring, the indoor fan motor was on, but no air was coming out of the ducts. Over the phone Brian explained that the condenser located above the fan was probably frozen. After running just the fan for four hours the ice melted and the air flowed freely again. Thanks, Brian, for saving us a bundle. We’ll have Aire Serv back for a tune-up.

They worked on a unit. I don't use them anymore. It worked out okay when they did it.

They are very good and very reliable. They are the only ones around here that work on oil furnaces. The reason the overall grade is a "B" is because the technician. If they could assure we would always get this one tech, I would give them an "A". We had one fellow come out last year that didn't seem to know as much as the other tech did.

Service went well. Technician was punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly.

The air conditioner has a heat pump on it and when it would kick on and off it made an awful noise so they came out and made adjustments. I'm quite happy with the heat pump. I don't understand how it work because it takes the air from outside, heat that air and blows it through out the house. They didn't charge me anything for the adjustment.

They did a great job. They were on the list of people to do work with so we picked them and they did a great job. They did everything they said they were gonna do. The cost was what they said. I gave them half the money, they finished the job and I gave them the other half. The guy had been in a hurry to leave to start the weekend and he did not clean up. I went down there and cleaned up after they all left. It was probably cheaper than what I expected. We didn't buy the biggest air conditioner but it cools this house. They were the one and only we checked. We took them because the company is in North Branch and if we had any problems, we could go right into town or we could call E Central Electric. So far, so good. Everything has worked like they said. They were here when they said. They got it done when they said. I didn't understand them when they were talking about it but they put it outside the one bedroom and it is a little noisy but there was probably no other place to put it. They left when they said. I'm quite happy with this company. They were very good.

They came to the door very courteous. They put carpet protectors on their feet and explained everything they were going to do and what I should expect. They performed their work quickly and professionally. When they were done they cleaned up their mess and made sure I was comfortable with how the new system worked and didn't leave until I was satisfied. I will definitely continue to use this company and refer them to people I know.
