I originally required a tune up but when Bob showed me the holes and rust on our furnace, I asked him to close it up and get me a quote for a new furnace. I discussed with him, issues I was having with the furnace and water heater and they were able to recommend a solution that not only included a new furnace but also a solution to the pilot light on my water heaterpilot light always going out in the winter. I also mentioned issues with my fireplace that they worked on that also. A very experienced and professional company. I will have them back in the Spring for additional cooling issues. We needed impartial advice concerning the amount of residual hail damage to an existing air conditioner. We were happy with the rapid response of HPMD and we felt comfortable with the information we received. We would definitely use this business again.

Called at 10pm and they called me back with in 10 minutes. I proceeded to tell them what happened and asked if my furnace would be okay for the night. Doug said yes and that either himself or Bill would be here at my door at 8am. They had it fixed within 2 hours. Since my furnace is 30yrs old I asked if it looked okay and Bill said it is a solid looking furnace fixed the motor and put new belt on and left. Would Have liked a more itemized bill when it came but otherwise fine. Price was what I expected, and service was great and friendly and easy to work with. Thanks BFS have a good day. Dan Kirk

Doug arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly and had the repair part in his truck. He finished the repair and charged a very reasonable rate. Doug also was a good guy and I will recommend him to others.

Doug was a pleasure to work with, very prompt, and extremely courteous. He even called to let us know he was going to come by a little early which was great since we were without heat. The price was higher than quoted on the phone due to sourcing the part from the manufacturer. I would highly recommend BFS again.
