Bill was the serviceman who visited. He was pleasant, caring, intelligent, explained the situation and fixed the problem efficiently and swiftly. In fact, I thought I needed a new thermostat, mine was very old, but he said that the thermostat was not the problem and did not take advantage of my thinking by pushing on me one of those new digital ones. The furnace was dead, not putting out any heat. Doug was there within a couple hours of my Saturday morning phone call (7 AM and house at 49F) and had me up and running with a new control board. I thought his pricing was fair and he did a good job explaining what he did and how things worked on my furnace. I'll be hitting up BFS for a quote for new zone control and furnace within the next couple months.

BFS Heating & Cooling did an excellent job on the project they performed for my family and I. We have an older house that required a complete new system including ducts and relocation of the furnace/AC unit. BFS gave us a detailed quote and discussed options for our system. The work was perfromed very professionally, and the workers were very considerate of my family when they were around. They also discussed issues that were discovered during the install and discussed every deviation from the original plan. We are very satisfied with our new system and highly recommend BFS to anyone who needs HVAC work done. Thanks for the great job!

I like this Company, and I would recommend them. Great Job installing the Furnce. They worked with me to meet my price range, and explained to me exactly what I was getting. However, #1 They were late on all 3 appointments we had, from estimate visit, to Furnace installation, to signing final documents. The good news:: No more than a half hour to an hour, and they called to let me know that they were running late. #2. My original estimate did not match what they wanted me to pay at the end. When more than one person is involved, they need to be on the same page when it comes the Final Payment.

Very pleasant initial contact. They scheduled an appointment time that was convenient for me, told me the name of the technician that would be doing the repair and described the truck in which he would be arriving. The service technician was thorough, explained everything well and completed the repair quickly. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family.
