I debated on saying yes to recommending this company. They called almost immediately after I completed the form. That was on Fri. afternoon. At that time I made an appt. for 415p on Tues. 425p on Tues. no one had arrived and I hadn't received a call so I called their office. She said he was on his way. She called back at 434p saying they didn't have my address, only my cross streets from the HA form. None of this would be a big deal except for the fact that Kevin didn't arrive until 6p, without a call giving me a new eta. When he arrived he was very friendly and polite. He was here to fix the whole-house humidifier added to my furnace by a friend (it had never worked right). Was I surprised when I had to look up the manual and installation guide on my own smartphone!! Good thing I had gotten my first smartphone about 3 mos. before. I'm happy with the cost I guess. I was told it would be a $95 trip charge and that the technician would quote me a flat right before he started the work. He never did. They only charged me $95. They may have given me a discount since I was so involved but I don't know.

Very professional, efficient & informative about what work was being done. Actually arrived early for appointment. Some kind of different than waiting for servicemen in the past. Am confident they will be just as prompt & professional when returning to do actual system repairs.

They were fast and friendly. I intend to call them again (perhaps on my furnace)
