We are building our own house, but Lake Shore Heating and Cooling has helped install our propane hydronic heating system, tuning it to operate most efficiently, and ensuring safety. Definitely will use them again!! Highly recommended!

I can't recommend these folks enough. Friendly and knowledgeable and remember my dinosaur of a furnace and it's problems. When it is time to replace it they are the ones I will call.

We had a house fire and needed the condenser moved to the new house. They were working on it in a couple days, way sooner than expected. Very professional and good at what they do. This is my second time having them work on my ac/heating, will call them for all my needs in the future.

They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it actually I think it was a little sooner the new system is incredible it is at least 50% quieter than the one was replaced I love it
