+ -1 moreDan doesn't do a lot of self-promotion, but he's a trustworthy and experienced plumber and a really pleasant person to work with. Since my plumbing needs involved getting the drains functioning, I initially called Mr. Rooter. Then, it turned out that pipes needed to be replaced--cleaning the pipes was not enough. Dan was able to do the necessary work for one third of what Mr. Rooter would have charged. He was professional and pleasant. He spent many hours at my house, mostly in my awful crawl space, and so I was amazed at the reasonable cost.
Description of Work: He replaced pipes in my crawl space, kitchen, and bathroom to restore functionality in my new home, a foreclosure that had been neglected for years. I had no drainage whatsoever. He also installed a tankless water heater. Next, I'm going to hire him to install a bathroom on my 2nd floor.
