Called Paffy’s in the weekend when they were closed. Didn’t expect a call until normal business hours but heard back the same day acknowledging my call. Scheduling was very easy and professional. Had a person out within a couple days which was due to my schedule otherwise would have been sooner. Carl came out and was very courteous explaining things as he worked. Very friendly service. Based on my experience, needs and pricing, I upgraded to all year round assistance. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

Paffy's was awesome. Very responsive and punctually. They also beat every competitors price significantly for this service. I will definitely go back to them for my future needs!

They found a potential entry point that was hidden and blocked it. They put in bait traps to attract any remaining mice. We caught some soon after but none recently.

Great! They actually care about the customer, and want to be sure things are done correctly. I had a wasp problem, but I also had spiders in my house. They suggested they are year-round program, or it's one flat fee and they will come out anytime you need them throughout the year. That also includes preventative sprays to prevent the spiders, wasps and mice from coming in.

Very well. It did require a second visit, however they came readily and problem was solved. Treatment they used was said to be non-toxic (and I was concerned about that, especially using it in a small confined space). It certainly did not smell as dreadful as you might expect. Service man polite and on time.

They did a fine job, I was satisfied with the result.

Excellent--We needed to retreat the issue three times and they responded promptly and professionally all three times. The results were excellent and the technicians were also excellent. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone and I will would DEFINITELY us them again. There prices are very fair and I cannot say enough good things about the people and the company.

great! Jay was super informative and taught me a lot about what can be done to eliminate pests. He set some traps and found a few places they may be entering the house.

There was a scheduling error, so did not show up when originally scheduled. Showed up promptly the next day.

Paffy's is very professional and always do a great job. We have used them for a few years now, and they have consistently delivered. They do a great job of explaining what they are doing and why. This year the technician finally found where those critters were getting in the house so I could repair it. Have not seen one since... I've been looking for it since we moved in 10 years ago!

The work they provided was very excellent; they sprayed both inside & outside the house so that the wasp would not go through the rest of the house in the basement, they also put copper wires in place on the outside of the house near the air compressor so that neither wasp or mice would get in or out in the future. The person that did the job was courteous, very polite, and put my fears to rest. We are showing our home in preparation in selling it and I did not want visitors or family being bothered by wasp.

Great company. Bart was early. Thoroughly explained the problem and asked us to call back in a couple of days if the bees are still active. We plan to hire this company for yearly service to prevent the bees from getting this far out of control.

The technician listened to me, saw the problem and explained what he was going to do. He also told me how long it would take to kill the insects and said if there were more insects I should call and he would return. Everything was great!

Vern was great! He found several entry points and filled with copper mesh. (Another company I contacted would have only filled one hole). He then came inside to look for signs of mouse activity. He placed bait stations. 2 weeks later they contacted me to come back and check work. They came checked the areas filled and bait stations. No more signs of mice.

Signed up for the 3 season plan when I discovered carpenter ants and carpenter bees. Carl, the owner's son, came out in 2 days and he was courteous,knowledgeable and so full of tips and experience. As a single woman, his patience and understanding in explaining everything to me was very appreciated. And the price? WOW 20% less than my chemical lawn service for just 3 months! Fast and effective! Spoke to Duane, a very nice, responsive, & easy to talk to gentleman to get started. I told him the mice issues we've been having. He gave me the price & also informed me about their 3-Season Home Service Plan. He answered all my questions. My husband & I ended up buying the all year service & LOVE it! We wished we had known about this type of pest control service sooner!!! We haven't seen any mice since we hired them. They were timely. After they completed spring exterior spraying service, we started getting big black ants in the house. We called them & they came out with in a few days & did treatments that took care of it for good! We've been very impressed with their promptness & professional work!

Went well. They went through the entire house, including the attic and yard and did a good thorough check.

It was great. I think I've used them several times over the past six months. On the cost of service, it depends on what the pest is, so anywhere from 350-150. The pricing is very competitive. They got rid of my pests I have no complaints. He's very responsive and informative. He's very commutative if he's going to be late, he always tells you. I have to give him a B, but I hate to give him a B on that. He would never leave me hanging. He's very professional. They're kind of my preferred provider.

They arrived and were very professional and we have seen no return of the ants.
