Awesome. The technical was polite, informative and gave us his personal phone number in case any additional treatments were needed. Ended up only requiring one application and all of the wasps are gone!

The service went really well, came on the day as per scheduled, they were prompt. They were able to remove 2 at that time and the other 1 was sprayed on which was the active nest, and waited for the wasp to die and came back a week later to remove the last nest, as he said he would. The pricing was the best among the other estimate I got.

Addressed our issues and purchased the annual maintenance plan ongoing.

They came out on Saturday morning to spray the outside of my house for me. It was excellent and did the service quickly. I don't have any complaints about them. I sign up for a contract with them to make sure that things is under control and the technician walk me through and clean things very well.

Hired originally for carpenter ants. Got sold a year package. Very quick to make sure they sold us the package. As carpenter ants went away and they were prompt and a small, family owned business we bought package. Had mice. They showed up. Still had mice called and to wait. Still had mice and they finally reshowed. New year. Now have mice again. Not a responsive, very cavalier attitude, call if still an issue. Have an issue. Not what a homeowner expects. We enjoy hiring the small business owner yet what started out as a good provider is now not a good provider. Can’t tell if great at insects and lousy at rodents yet I expect better communications, responsiveness, and a rodent free home.

They powdered and sprayed outside on a "high up" area--one we could never reach, and then they came back a week later and sprayed up through our ceiling hole again, but the hornets were all already dead. We're so grateful for their responsiveness and their fair price! Great job by everyone associated with Paffy's!

GREAT. He was prompt and thorough. He explained what he was doing.

Paffy's responded quickly to my inquiry and the office help explained that the job would include monitoring at regular intervals up to 90-days, with a guarantee of elimination. Their standard procedure for deer mice is to place poison bait blocks but at my request they used snap traps instead. The technician, Choua, always called about 15 to 20 minutes before his arrival, and he clearly explained what he was doing and why. On his first visit inspected the house exterior to find potential entry points. He closed these entries with copper wool and he set several strategic traps in the basement. Within a day we trapped several mice but there were signs that some mice were avoiding the snap traps, so I ok'd bait blocks as the next step. There were no signs of mice at Choua's last visit, now we are in the monitoring phase. Everyone I spoke with at Paffy's was helpful and I feel very confident that they will find any new pests and put things right. They were also less expensive than some other companies that I contacted.

Went well, I will be renewing my contract for the 3rd year.

Had to come back several times under a 3 month warranty as mice was still getting in. Not sure if all entries were eliminated as winter set in. May have to call them back in under a new agreement.

Not finished yet. The first rounds were not conclusive. The young man who comes is professional and easy to work with. The office scheduler doesn’t relay the same information to others ti me, so there have mistakes in appointment times. I don’t think it is the young man’s fault. Can’t say yet how effective the service has been.

He came out the first time and basically did nothing, threw down a few traps and told us that he would plug holes when he came back in 2 weeks. Well, my husband plugged the holes himself so we didn't have to wait for another 2 weeks. It is a difficult problem as we live in an condo complex with adjoining units, however he seemed disinterested. When he returned he looked shocked that nothing was in his traps, and when I was trying to explain to him what had been going on with the mice, he would hardly look up from his phone. It seems like he wanted the bigger job for the entire complex, but that is out of my control. Also, over one hour late for scheduled visits.
