PAFFY'S PEST CONTROL

Service was outstanding! Very prompt and attentive to our needs. Proactive to make sure we don't have any additional issues.

It went great!! I spoke with Michael the General Manager and he was very thourough, kind and informative for my concern. He did an inspection of a fleet vehicle after concerns about pests in the car came to light. He was honest, genuine and cares for his clients needs and that of their clients. I am so glad I called Paffy's and had them put me in contact with Michael. It really made me feel good to know that there are companys like this to help with pest needs. I will be using them in th future for sure.

They did what they said they were going to do.

They arrived on time and were very professional. They explained everything they were doing and why.

Had dozens and dozens of wasps swarming around our house and patio in late summer--they were not aggressive, only one sting, but it was worrisome--I would typically kill a dozen or so with a flyswatter in a matter of 30 minutes or less--but they would just keep coming. Called Paffys, set an appointment up the for a couple of days out at noon. I left work early that day so I would be home when they arrived. Got to my house at 11:45 and they had already come and gone--I called, they said they got there early, sprayed the house and problem areas and left. I was a little unhappy that they did not adhere to the set schedule--but the wasps went away.

I met the head of the company himself, who came out to provide the pest control service. He was very friendly and informative, and thorough throughout the house and garage.

We usually have literally thousands of box elder bugs on the south side of our house every fall which visit us throughout the winter months inside. This year we could see them flying around but none on the side of our house - success!!! Last year they took care of your carpenter ant problem too. Highly recommend

They were able to spray and destroy a huge wasp nest successfully that was pretty deep inside the siding of my house.

The technician showed up because I thought that I had a wasp nest in my back yard. After a thorough investigation into the problem, the technician sprayed some wasp removal chemical and informed me that he didnt think that the wasp nest was yet established; therefore there would be no charge for the visit and to contact the company if we had any future issues. Technician was very pleasant to work with and professional. Highly recommend.

We have been using Paffy's for the past year and a half for their year round service. They have been great. When something comes up, like a hornets nest in the back yard, they come right over and take care of it. We first used them to kill carpenter ants that we discovered in our window. One treatment and they were gone. We have been very happy with their service.

We had bees going in and out on the backside of our house under the siding I was told to wait 2-3 days to make sure what he sprayed worked. I did have to call them to come back and they did. My husband was home this time so he showed the person exactly what was going on and he spray again. I believe he used something different and it worked. Both people that came out were very pleasant and when I called Tyler (the first one to come out) he was very nice about it and suggested I call the office, which was fine, and the woman I talked to was also helpful and pleasant. Overall good service and the bees are gone! Also they were located nearby which was helpful, liked that for sure. Thank you Paffy's

We had a very bad hornet situation at our front door. I called on a Monday and Paffy's came out the next morning. They were a bit late because the previous job took longer than expected. When I called to find out where they were, the office contacted the driver and called me back within a minute to let me know the situation. They arrived, knew exactly what to do, explained everything in detail very patiently, and waited to make sure their solution was effective. Within one hour, the hornets were gone and have not returned. We would use them again and recommend their services to others.

got the 150 dollar special and you get what you pay for. Person showed up on time, sprayed the outside of the house and was done in about 10 minutes. Said we would stop seeing them in 2 weeks. Well we still see them. No talk of looking for them in the house, or location of nest.

Never having had used a pest control service before I signed up for a year-long contract with three applications for my house. The first employee last fall that came by the house was stellar. He informed me of everything that he was doing what I needed to be aware of. The guy that came the last two times spent a total of possibly a half hour at the house didn't spray any parts of the house that were obviously in need of help and after every visit I had more insects and spiders then I had had before

They came to set mouse traps. The tech broke a doorway handle and didn't bother mentioning it to us. The handle was on its way out anyway, so we didn't make a deal of it. They then no call/no showed three days in a row for the follow up appointment. The lack of professionalism is almost comical. UPDATE: On the third day, the tech finally arrived 40 minutes late. He had no idea about the previous no call/no shows, and he was extremely apologetic. He was also incredibly professional, despite the lateness. Perhaps Paffy's was just having a bad week; it happens to all of us. But I simply can't recommend them based on my experience.

Excellent same day service that cleared up my carpenter ant problem. I will be using them again in the future.

Paffy's was great to work with. They were very thorough when looking around our property to make sure we weren't missing any wasp nests. I'm glad they were because Paffys found several smaller ones we had missed. Paffy's also came back at no charge when we realized there was a wasp nest behind our cable box (the nest was totally out of view). They treated that one, and since then we have not had a single nest on our property.

GREAT, so happy with the service they provided yesterday we called today and signed up for an annual service. We had an issue with bees and wasps around our house and deck area. Paffy's came yesterday and sprayed for them and today not a bee or wasp in sight! They also pointed out some ant hills that we had not noticed and took care of those as well. Overall extremely happy with the service!!

Went well. We noticed the spray left a visible film on the wood floors of our home, however it wiped up and was pretty much a non issue. Just a heads up. Plan to use them again next year.

We have d been using them for 2 years. They are very timely, personable and always done a good job. They offer to come back out free if we notice anything. We tried them because of an Angies’s List deal and we have liked them since.

Provider came out for the inspection. I was impressed and purchased the year-round service. My only concern was the follow-up visit was scheduled with one person (whom I had met) and ended up being another. Both gentlemen were equally nice. Both were thorough in explaining the services. I look forward to seeing Paffy's Pest Control later this month. My only concern was about the price when I decided to buy; there was confusion over the discount. That was quickly resolved.

The assessment was completed and recommendations delivered in a timely manner, no complaints with the service. We felt there were a couple of intrusion points that went unmentioned or undiscovered so we went with a different service provider for the ongoing pest management engagement but the quick assessment completed was fine.
