PAFFY'S PEST CONTROL

Technician did not find anything at the foundation level except one big hole under the steps, which I think he intended to block, but must have forgot to. Other than that, he just set some bait and promised to return in two weeks to assess bait activity. Four weeks have now passed and I have heard nothing. Technician was pleasant and jovial.

Great. Paffy's is the first service to stop the mice from coming in. I'd previously tried another service multiple times but kept getting mice. The tech from Paffy's was able to locate the place the mice were coming into my basement. Very happy & impressed with their knowledge.

It was good experience and Mike also explained me certain situations and what should I expect. I have not seen any bug or spider or any wasp after the service.

Great, was very helpful, Justin was not in a rush to get the job done & leave. He took his time and was very helpful in answering all our questions. Very very nice gentleman. Think everything that was done was very helpful. (Haven't seen any of our unwanted visitor since) Now waiting on Paffy's to come back for a follow up service call.

We were getting 1 or 2 mice in traps in the basement every morning. Contacted Paffy thru Angie's List and Taylor came out two days later on October 26. He checked the foundation for holes and found three that he plugged up. He set out bait boxes in the basement. We have had one mouse in the trap since he has been here. Way to go Taylor. Excellent work.

I can't say enough good things about Paffy's. Always courtesy, professional and eager to help. I took Paffy's package deal for complete control of insects, rodents etc. I want to say that when they say they guarantee your satisfaction they mean it. They have gone beyond my expectations of service. I had mice coming in from outside into my basement somehow. Paffy's stood by their guaranty until my problem was resolved. Ceva came by last Friday 11/18 to see how these pesky rascals keep getting in. It was raining I suggested that maybe you might want to come back when the rain goes away. His exact words were that I came to make sure we get this stopped. This man got on his hands and knees. He crawled and with his finger tips searched under my siding looking for any holes that these critters could be using. Bingo!!! he found a 4 to 6 inch hole under my siding. He packed it the best he could and so far so good. I am very confident I picked the right service because they truly stand behind their guaranty. I want to thank you guys for your commitment to excellence.

They were able to come out quickly. Justin was very informative and friendly. For those possible entry points he gave us information on how he would suggest we close them up. Since the service we haven't had any new mice. Would definitely use them again.

Paffy's did an excellent job. The tech looked at the problem then recommended treating both inside and outside. We have not seen any ants in the house since. They sent a tech the day after we contacted them. We used an Angie's List deal for this service.

Great, they were courtous and prompt and did come back free of charge within their warranty period.

The technician was very nice and was able to determine a couple possible entries. Was back two weeks later to check back entries and all seemed to be fine.

Paffy's was very professional - they checked out the interior and exterior to advise where there were possible exposed areas. They put down preventative anti-mouse food and tracking powder to see activity. After a two week check - they came back for a review. Very helpful, service performed as noted. Good value.

Vern was on time, professional, and completed his work quickly and efficiently. He explained the steps he was taking to keep mice from moving in.

Incredibly responsive. Problem escalated and on Friday morning it was really bad and we did not want to wait until Monday. They found time to come to the house same day at no extra charge. We were saved from a weekend full ants. We have had no ants since the service and they gave us a three month follow up guarantee. I hope we never need an update exterminator again but if I did I would call them first.

He had to come back we had this problem with ants outside, he came back and redid it are whatever and so far it seems like its doing pretty good. I don't know that he came out and did the job he was suppose to do and that he came back when we still had problems with the ants, they were good about coming right back and taking care of it.

The technician called to let me know he was able to arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment. He was courteous and explained in detail how was going to exterminate the wasps. Would certainly recommend him and Paffy's Pest Control.

1) Appointment was set for 4PM. They showed up at 3PM with no questions, just walking the perimeter of our house when we got home. Was frustrating since we needed to leave right away to pick up kids from school...hence the original scheduled time. 2) Whatever they did has not even scratched the surface of the rodent problem. Still finding evidence they are in the house, now our dishwasher has broken and we have found them in the baby nursery. Honestly, seems like they just went through some motions during their assessment. 3) After a week of seeing increased rodent activity we called to see if they could come out again. An appointment was scheduled for the next day and schedules were arranged..they never showed up. When I called to inquire they said it wasn't in the system and apologized. 4) I emailed to set up a new time...no response. 5) After finally setting up a new time and arranging schedules, they called me and cancelled...since it's raining. Honestly, pretty much the worst service. I am firing them tomorrow and going with a new provider. Still have a rampant rodent problem that remains a mystery. Need it resolved and these guys were of zero help. Avoid them.

They returned my call promptly, answered my questions, came out the next day, and got rid of the wasp's nest with hopefully no more nests.

Ceba was very friendly and professional. He knocked down the old wasps nests and sprayed under all the eaves around the house. He sprayed at the base of the house for ants and also sprayed our patio as we had many ant hills. He came inside and applied ant poison under the molding and left traps. Last year we had hundreds of ants and could not get rid of them. We only had the service done yesterday, but if in a few weeks we are ant free, I will come back and post again on the effectiveness. Overall, I was very happy with the service. It's nice to have service people come into your home who are respectful, professional, and friendly.

Spent plenty of time searching carefully without damaging anything....explained what they were doing......and what all the options were....provided outstanding service.
