+ -1 moreThe Stucco under the eves was completed to our satifaction.
Description of Work: Company did not complete or failed to warn me that the job was not complete. When the Stucco failed around the chimney, I asked him out to look at it. Ron stated at that time that there should have been a seal between the chimney and the roof. Told me he would fix it later when he was in town on another job. Two summers have passed and although I have his voice on my telephone answering machine that he has not forgotten, I have not seen him or his crew. By delaying this, he can now claim that the warranty has expired. Although I was willing to pay him for his time, his lack of professionalism has me worried, and I will be looking for another Stucco Company to clean up his mess. I will admit that the rest of the house was Stuccoed as I was contracted for. Thank You
