The individual returned my call to schedule an estimate in a timely manner, but never showed up on the day set for the estimate. No return phone calls were ever made. We found a different service to install our window.

The carpenters did a fantastic job! They did beautiful custom woodwork with attention to detail that was far above any expectations that I had. They created a room that exceeded my dreams, based on my inept drawings and a magazine photo that I found. They did extra work and also fixed poor workmanship from the electrician we hired. The carpenters kept the plumber and electrician on schedule. I wouldn't want anyone else to work for me. They stayed at the job and did 95% of the work on a regular schedule. I have absolutely no complaints about the work they did. I haven't received the final bill, but from all indications it will be very fair and I expect that I will have gotten far more work than I paid for. The ONE problem we had with them, was they left the project with a small part (outside finish work and concrete work) undone. I repeatedly got promises that they'd be back in a few days. They finished the majority of the work in April and didn't return to do any more until October. In October they finished the outside of the room, designing it and even painting it for me. They did part of the concrete work (exceptionally well done) but didn't get it finished. Due to the weather, it won't get finished this year.
