We were very pleased with the service provided. We called and received service the same day. The guys were very courteous and professional, immediately found our problem we were having with the well and fixed the issue.

With "cable company syndrome" the best time frame they could target was a following Tuesday, some time after 1PM, and after trying to narrow down a timeframe she said they could call 30 minutes before coming. She offered that they could come when I wasn't home and just check the well outside(without checking tank or pressure settings in basement) because it was likely a failing pump. (How she could make this prediction over the phone or how they could tell this outside is beyond me -- sounded like an upsell to get me to buy a whole new pump site unseen). I rescheduled some meeting at work to be more free Tuesday afternoon so I could rush home when I got their call. I had not heard from them by 3pm so I called to see if I could get any better ETA. She offered to call the crew, which was nice. When she called me back within 10 mins, she told me they were too busy and wondered if they could reschedule to Saturday. Glad I didn't choose to stay home and take the afternoon of work off! First impressions of this company is that they are not very customer focused. You work around their vague schedule. They must have enough big jobs that they don't value a prospective new customer nor care about that prospect's time. And not sure I would trust them if they diagnose issues via phone or by looking at only half of the well system outside.

They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them. Their timing was good and they used quality materials. Their pricing was fair as well.

They are very honest. They are very down to earth, very professional. They care about their job rather than just being out there digging a hole. They did a wonderful job.

I would recommend Hartmann eight days per week, and twice on Sunday to anyone who needs well services!

We had a broken water pipe in January, when it was 20 below, that had leaked into the basement and saturated the yard. They fixed it in one day. They had to bring in a back hoe to make the repair and put it all back together again, leaving us without water for only one day.
