Description of Work: The best thing about Franek is that he showed up to give us a bid in a timely fashion. He proceded to investigate the construction and sturdiness of the deck. He then informed us that our deck had good bones and all it needed was a cleaning, minor repairs and staining. This will save us thouands of dollars and we're so grateful for his honest assessment. He then recommended a person that we could call for the lesser service. So great to know that everyone is not out to take advantage of a situation! Franek is the guy to hire if you legitimately need a full deck revision.

+ 0 moreHard workers, and work is incredible. Went from stucco to siding. Everyone they use, have been research and wouldn't hesitate using them. My house went from 1980 to 2017! Value of my home has vastly went.

+ -1 moreIt wasn't cheap. The materials were used were a good quality. The workmanship was excellent. The suggested design was good. The only problem we had was there was a delay in construction, which is common in this area because of construction, they had to go to finish another area and come back for our deck. The cost was fair, I would say cost wise the materials and the quality and the design. It was a very fast job. It was done in 2 days and it could have been in 1 day. The plan was good too. Responsiveness is a B because of vacations being taken during this time of year. I would use them again, in fact we may have them do some additional work.
