Highly recommended. Joe was proactive and called me right away about my job. He made a trip out to the house in advance to scope the job. The schedule was flexible and the price was very reasonable. The service was outstanding and my windows and screens have never looked better.

Horrible. 2 hours late then sat outside talking on his phone, shooing me away when I was asking when he is going to come in and do the job he came to do. Broke an indoor screen when he could not get it off the window instead of asking for help. He was very rude. Said he was the owner. Worst job ever! Get a legitimate business- this kid does not cut it.

The gentleman worked very well with our concerns and questions

quality job, but still expensive when counting small panes of glass as entirely separate window and therefore additional per window charge. That needs to change.

Skipped two windows, fingerprints on exterior- said they would come out and redo, did not show for appointed time. Saying they are very busy. Made third appointment, we will see if they show up.

The screens needed a little more attention and there was still a lot of debris in our window sill after cleaning. I would suggest a vacuum to clean this space prior to wiping or washing.
