They didn't charge me for the quote. We didn't go with them because we haven't had the windows done yet. They gave us a detailed quote.

I had wooded casement windows, some Pella, some origin installs in a 1979-built home. These were generally fogged over, had frozen condensation when it got cold and the condensation was rotting the wood. The new windows are noticeably warmer, clear, and the condensation is not freezing, even with equally or colder days. Likewise the patio doors are also noticeably warmer. The salesman had made an impressive display with a heat lamp, and the industry generated numbers are truly impressive for this 365 glass. I look forward to seeing the result on my coming heating and cooling bills. The installers were courteous, efficient, diligent, and thorough in there work. There was an "inside" and an "outside" guy each doing their jobs professionally and quickly--even in the sub-zero temperatures. I was particularly impressed by the short amounts of time the home was exposed to the sub-zero elements. The old casements' hardware and surroundings were dispensed with, then the windows came out, the hole cleaned up, and the new windows were inserted in the hole in a very short period of time. Care was then take with the indoor and outdoor finishing to make them look like they were always meant to be there.

They installed two windows that were not the correct size. They re salvaged by providing a cash settlement. Overall, I was pleased with the service. I do wish they would have communicated to me that they were going to change the window size before doing the work. They were always on time and responsive. It took about two days to complete the job and they cleaned up well. Their price was better than other estimates I received.

All went very well, starting with the salesman, he was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations regarding window style for both our homes. The showroom in New Hope has a wonderful display of window styles and a crosscut to show how they are made and the efficiency rating. Windows arrived in the timeframe that was promised, installation was quick and very efficient and the installers removed the old windows as well as all the debris leaving our homes spotless. We can't believe how well the windows are made, they look great and the difference in room temperature during the winter is unbelievable, no more cold drafts.

I visited Champions showroom in New Hope MN. Doing this was important because I knew very little about windows. I had some windows replaced in another city and I did not like th experience. The person who gave me the showroom tour was also my sales person. He was always punctual for appointments and very knowledgeable about windows. It was his professionalism that really won me over. I received two other bids which were cheaper than Champion. I felt so comfortable with their service and warranty and commitment to their product that I chose them. The installation went very well. It was performed over two days (one for each side of the duplex). There were three minor negatives in this experience: 1. The installer called me the day before to install the windows. They knew this was a rental and that I needed to give the tenants at least 24 hours notice. Thankfully there were no issues but more time should have been given. 2. Instead of mailing the receipts to me, they left them at the rental. I had told my salesperson to send all materials to my home. 3. After signing the contract and paying the deposit with my credit card, I made it clear to my salesman that I would be paying the final portion of the bill with my credit card. This was not relayed to the team which left the job with the expectation that I would be paying right then and in a different manner. This was corrected 30 days later. I would highly recommend Champion Windows.

The crew arrived on time and were very pleasant. These guys worked harder than anyone we have contracted for work. They only stopped long enough to eat a very quick sandwich at lunch. The job was finished exactly when they said it would be. The entire job took two days. The windows were installed perfectly and we love them so much. Excellent guarantees too.

They were ready to go when they got on site. The work was done smoothly and they didn't mind when I watched. It took approximately 6 hours to complete the three windows and the patio door.

They were really good, easy to work with and knew what they were doing. Good follow up. Price was good. One of the screens had a small hole and they came out within a few days and fixed it.

About a year after the installation, we had a little problem. They were out here immediately to fix it. They offer a lifetime warranty on their windows, so there was no cost. I liked that they were very professional, clean and polite. They explained everything very well and were very encouraging and nice. It was a simple fix and they didn't make me feel foolish at all.

They did the job in 4 installments. They are great. The gentleman who comes out when we are ready, they do not bug us in between. they called ahead, made an appointment, were on time. they were very informative. They answered all questions fully. We asked for the installers we had before because they are very efficient, extremely good and do an excellent job, they are brothers. They work together and it is like music. One does something and the other compliments it. They know what they are doing.

Awful, I would never consider them. The minute he walked in he asked if I was the owner. I had already been asked that when the appointment was made....even asking if my husband would be home. I am the so,e owner of my duplex. Not only did he ask the same question, but then told me that "renters are always trying to ame appointments to get something" which is quite ridiculous. I won't go into the inbrtween, but not only did he push me to sign, but said he ws taking a 10 day fishing trip in Canada and won't be reachable, so I should decide by Thursday as he left Friday. Insulting. I will never do business with this company and they should consider firing this jerk. I should have asked hi to leave right after he asked me if I owned the units. He wasted my time.

The whole experience with Champion was very satisfying. The process started with Ken coming to our house and demonstrating the superiority of Champion windows. It became very apparent to us that all windows are not created equally. A day or two later the "measuring guy", whose name escapes me (sorry) came out and took measurements for the new windows. It's important to note that Champion windows are individually manufactured to fit in your home's window openings. This is different from installers who buy windows "off the rack" and make them fit with spacers, shims, etc, etc. The Measuring Guy also helped us design the look we wanted with suggestions about the cross-hatching in the windows. A few days after this, the two installers showed up with our new windows. Both were named Gabe, which meant I had only one name to remember. The original plan was to install the windows over two days - the upstairs one day, downstairs the next. Well, Gabex2 got into a zone and got all 12 windows installed in one day. The installation was beautiful. The windows all work smoothly and effortlessly. For the first couple days I found myself slamming them closed because I was so accustomed to the extraordinary effort required to operate the old units. To summarize: you can easily find windows that are cheaper but you cannot find windows that are better. The factory warranty is stellar. Lawn mower fling a stone into your Champion window? It's covered. The glass itself is high-tech. I've noticed that both the furnace and the A/C cycle less frequently. The ultimate job of a window is to keep the outside "out" and the inside "in" and our Champion windows do just that amazingly well.

Took a long time to get them after ordered. Installation crew was great and had good follow up after service to make sure I was satisfied.

They were very good and it was a wonderful experience. They came and talked about the plans. The work was completed promptly and they did very good work. The room is beautiful inside and out. They were prompt, very friendly and very professional. The workers were very skilled.

We went to Champion's local showroom to see their windows. We were pleasantly surprised by the no-pressure sales tactics. The staff is knowledgable and the windows as good as others. The staff did not need to tear down their competition to make themselves look good. Both the man who measured the windows and the installers were on time and very professional. The windows are exactly as in the showroom and were installed very well.

They did an absolutely outstanding job, and I have no complaints.

The installers were pleasant and friendly. They were also very neat when working inside the house, and they were careful to clean up any debris when they were finished. I would like to say a few words about one of the installers, Jeff S.. Not only did Jeff have a great work ethic, but it was obvious that he truly enjoyed his job. And when a plastic bracket for an old vertical blind fell apart, Jeff spent some of his own time trying to find us a replacement.

Working with Champion Windows represented one of the most positive consumer experiences I have had in years. The salesperson was knowledgeable, answered questions in a thorough manner and was extremely professional. He explained options and displayed patience and clarity in discussing details of the process, pricing, etc. The person who came to measure the windows arrived on time, was very professional and answered questions thoroughly. The scheduling process was flawless, and Champion responded with consideration for a few special requests. The installers were superb. They were timely and considerate of my home. It was a very cold day, yet the installation went smoothly and was not rushed. The installers "went the extra mile," assisting with unique considerations. that they would not have been under obligation to complete. Again, this was an extremely positive experience (I admit being surprised, as customer service seems to be a dying philosophy) and I would strongly recommend this company to others. A+ throughout.

Wow! Champion Windows are not cheap. But they ARE good, and their crafts-folk are top notch! Our original idea was to install a garden window, but found that the price was much higher than our pain threshold. However, we were aware of the potential and quickly switched to our "Plan B." The job involved removing the existing horizontal slider window, re-frame to avoid interference with the new countertop, and install a new energy efficient window, The biggest challenge on this job was time; with a 6-week turnaround from order to delivery, we were anticipating needing to do the carpentry early to accommodate the counter fabrication, board it up and wait until the new window arrived. Since they only make one grade of windows, there is no up-sell; either you get their product or you don't. There is a substantial discount available for a job of three or more windows, but our job was only one window, so no discount. (Bummer.) Once we had made the decision to purchase, and the sales rep was aware of the scheduling issues, he suggested the two-visit method described above as the baseline plan, but also offered to see what was available in the warehouse that might work for us, and scheduled the installation supervisor to do the detail measurements and estimate their materials for the installation crew. *His* research found that there were several windows in the warehouse that might work, and we chose a casement window instead of a sliding window. The final challenge was installation scheduling. The sub-contracting carpenter agreed to an 8am SATURDAY MORNING installation! He showed up promptly, and was well-prepared -- until he found that his insulating sealant had been forgotten. He called his home and his wife brought it to him, just in time for use. This carpenter was a PRO! He assessed the situation and went right to work, cutting the studs where necessary, framing up the new opening, re-siding, sealing, installing and trimming. He finished the job, cleaned up his work area and was done before noon. It's now January, and we absolutely LOVE our new window. It was slightly larger than our original plan, but this lets more light into the kitchen. There is very little radiant heat loss, and the vinyl-clad wood framing is non-heat conductive and snug. Our renovating plans include replacing more windows. Guess who we'll likely be contacting? Champion!

It was a great experience until I found out my children cannot open the door. It's a manufacturing issue, and it makes it difficult to open.

James Graff was the first Champion Representative we met. We had a guy from another company come over the day before and it was not a good experience. So when James came to our home we were not really wanting to hear the whole run down and window demonstration again. James was understanding of our previous experience and really wanted to hear from us about wants/needs and concerns. James gave us an idea to make the window in our kitchen a picture window (our previous window had a wood bean down the center that split the window) an idea I did not think was possible. He did not pressure us when it came time at the end and was willing to work out pricing and a day he needed to hear from us about a decision. We did a little more research and it was actually from the reviews on Angies List that helped us lock in the deal. We were told 5-8 weeks before the windows were manufactured, and we received a call at about 7 weeks. We received the phone call on a Monday and we had installers at our home on Thurs. It was completed Friday. The two installers were professional and approachable with questions we had. There was never a mess left behind. At the end, they provided a walk through to look over installation quality and to show us how the locking system worked on the sliding doors. We are so pleased with the whole experience. A time and decision that takes thought and money can cause some stress. Champion had made this a time of excitement and happiness.

2 workers were timely, cleanup was great, quality was topnotch and the project went longer than expected into the next AM. But it was raining and work had to stop a few minutes.

The workers did a great job, were fast and cleaned up very nicely after windows installed. Good quality and look very nice. Great job !

I liked the fact that they make and install the windows and have been in the business a long time. The entire process was fast and easy with all three installs.
