I had a positive experience with Champion. The sales rep was honest, kind and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable buying from Angela. The team that came out to install were very nice and efficient. We would recommend this company and Angela to anyone looking for new windows.

The salesperson sold me windows that they did not make and wanted a picture window in my porch she measured it and guess what they don't make a picture window that size. So they come out to go over another idea and plan to put in three windows in the place of one large picture window the two openings that I'm having the windows put in are exactly the same size. The estimator and foreman/measuring person measured wrong. So they had to reorder one window he said it would take about a week cuz they make a mistake there get things done quickly this was 4 weeks ago they told me that B.S.story and the icing on the cake is because the salesperson made this mistake it cost me more money to have the separate Windows put in to make a whole window to the tune of a couple thousand dollars well you give them a non-refundable amount of money I would like to tell them to go stick their head up their backside get my money back think twice about going through these kind of pains with this company

The sales representative was knowledgeble and very professional. Wes went above and beyond to make sure I did not had any concerns. He made himself available whenever I had a question. We were changing 21 windows and this was a really big expense for us and he provided us options.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable and friendly, We had received several quotes and Champion was substantially less expensive for the exact same door and installation.

Wes was our salesman and he was super great to work with. Very great explaining everything and had hours that worked with our schedule. He really did work to get us the best price and I am looking forward to the install.

Angela came out to quote a few windows we needed to replace in our home. Angela was patient, professional and made the experience enjoyable. We ended up purchasing three new windows and came in well below what we expected for price point. Angela was not pushy and took her time with us. Highly recommend!

Wes, from Champion Windows, came to our home in Andover, mn this evening to give us a demo and quote for whole home window replacement. We were amazed at the product that will be used and the price came in well under any other quote we have recieved! The superior quality of the window frame and shash and all included parts make this window better than any others we have viewed. Wes had substantial knowledge of the history of the company and how they make such an affordable high quality product that we decided "this is the company we want to replace our 30 year old dry rotted windows." Angela came out to look at my patio door. She was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and walked me through the install process. This is our third project with Champion. In our old home on Minneapolis- we had a complete replacement project. It was an amazing experience. In our new home, we this will be our second project- which when done equals, 13 windows replaced and an entire front entry (door, 2 side lites, 1 transom). From our sales rep, Wes, to the team that does the final measurement, to installations, it is nothing but professionalism. I also cannot say enough about how great the comfort 360 glass is and how easy the windows are clean! Thank you Champion Windows and Wes!

She was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, and brought the actual product we would be purchasing, which other companies had not done. She really listened to what we wanted and I appreciated the fact that she wanted to make sure we were happy with our final decision. Wes was great he took his Time to go over all the information the comparisons were great he was polite he was friendly and you could tell that he takes pride in his job and what he does. He was clear In explaining everything so that we understood it before he left.

Christine was great. Followed through as agreed and really worked with us to meet our budget. Patient and explained product thoroughly. I feel we are getting a very high quality product. Can't wait to get the windows installed.

I purchased a storm door from Champion Windows & Doors in October 2021. The door was $1500. Champion required a 50% down payment immediately or the order would be canceled. I drove to the company and hand-delivered a check for $750. The door was to be installed by December 2021 as per the original contract. I waited through December 2021, January 2022, February, March, April, and then decided to call and find out where the door was and when it was going to be installed. No answer by a human and bumped to voicemail. Left a VM but no return call (this I did 2x). I then wanted my money back. Called again and pressed #1 for sales and then got a human being. Just give me the original $750 so I can just go to Home Depot and get myself a storm door (which is exactly what I should have done in the first place). The door was to be installed by December 2021 as per the original contract. It is now June 27, 2022, and we are just having this door installed today. It was unreasonable to deny a customer of their down payment money especially when you could not deliver the product in a timely fashion! Poor customer service to deny even offering a discount when you made the customer wait for 8.5 months for a regular, standard size storm door. The door sits crooked on the frame and one side is higher than the other. I am extremely disappointed! Please beware this is not worth the wait or the hassle to just receive a discount on their awful customer service and workmanship!
