Pink Construction

Wonderful! Great group of guys to work with. I have a beautiful new deck, and I am happy to refer them to anyone, which I already have, and they love their new maintenance free deck. I have respect for Dave Pink and his crew.

I built a deck 4 years ago with Pink. The deck surface has never been straight (Flat). They flipped joists. They put a 4x4 beam underneath. Still not straight. I followed Dave's instructions to take the beam off the next year as the wood joists would be dry. Nothing he did made the deck surface flat. He claimed he never saw this before. We needed to move on with our lives as we needed to have the patio space usable. I can't wait 10 years for the deck to settle. I added Dry space so we can sit under the deck. Dave claims that voided my warranty. A warranty that we never saw. Dave said we made a sauna effect and that made the deck move. We contacted Azek and Timbertech. Both reps said that that isn't a thing and wouldn't cause this. I also contacted other deck builders in our area and they agrees. So 20k+ and 4 years later, we don't have a deck we feel is safe or one we can use. It still is heaved in the middle and then 3-4' over, it drops 1" to 1.5". Dave has been decently unprofessional and unwilling to help. He stopped over to look at it once and he wouldn't even talk to me. He just got back in his truck and left. This deck didn't work from the start. They don't stand behind their work. Please do not build with this company.

They did an excellent job. They completed the job in one day and it was raining for part of the day.

In addition to Incredible communication and professionalism, they worked efficiently, were incredibly clean, and exhibited wonderful craftsmanship. We will be hiring them again for sure!

Dave at Pink Construction was amazing to work with and the finished product was amazing! The quality of the work and the product has held up and looks as if it was done yesterday. My biggest praise goes to something that can be difficult to find in the contracting business which was the excellent communication and timeliness that was given through the entire project.
